Can we talk about the visuals during Babylon? The stage looks like a temple, the way the screen next to the one in the center of the stage shows and moves the images like a real wall  are all the visuals by ShowStudio?

Don't the US dates have seated tickets on the field?  Baseball stadiums are totally different from the football stadiums in Europe

I think there’s seated tickets and then upfront is standing GA which is what I have

I still feel like she'll do it for the US dates, since it's one of her signature songs now in the US

Justice for Plastic Doll remix tho, it's like 2 minutes, she needs to throw it in after Sour Candy.

I kinda feel like there won't be a separate B stage for the US dates since there's really no room on the field with the seating tickets. It's not like she can take away seats or block the entrance/exit. Maybe she'll just have it as it shows as the layout on most dates, one runway with a B stage connected at the end (I'm kinda hoping she does this since my seat is right in front of the runway hihi)

My date is a football stadium (MetLife) so she better drag out that B stage if she knows what’s good for her

I think she won't, Shallow and ARUTW are bigger with the intended audience she's trying to please here, which is locals. Born This Way is untouchable and EoG just has an anthemic feel to it. I think the piano section will remain untouched throughout the tour, it's perfect.

Yeah, there'll be a b stage. If you look at the seating maps, there's always a mix box and the b stage is also the mix. The only kinda weird thing is that she won't have anyone in front of her because there won't be people seating past the b stage, so she'll have everyone behind her and the stands.

I can def do without MR, but I can see her swapping out TEOG for MR in the US.

Would also be a slay if she did piano SFA or 1000 Doves at some point

These vids. Crazy how her tiny ass can command 50k audience just like that. And we still have bigger venues like SDF

Ah that's good to know then, I thought the mix box was its own thing.

but yeah, like the DC date, it's just empty space behind the floor seats, so that's gonna be a bit weird

I've been speechless for days. GAGA is a true artist visionaire.

I would love her to take a page from the Taylor book and have a part where she can do a different fan favorite song each date. I think the song right after the piano section is perfect since she’s just standing there.

Spoiler

I just want songs like ILIR and Summerboy to be performed tbh

When GodGa walks through the crowd on the first American date and a gay gives her monkeypox, what then?

maybe we lost after all

She HAS to keep Enigma, sacrifice LoveGame and Telephone instead

Hopefully by the US dates Hold My Bland will be N/A and she’ll replace with it SFA / Applause or something

Meryl is OVER

I can't stop thinking about the Monster, Replay and Babylon performances. Yet again, this hasn't happened in a long time. Legend is back.

So, at first I didn't like that there wasn't a crazy stage, lights, etc...but I actually like that it's just a pure stage show of talent, fashion, and cool scenery.

It reminds of back in the day when she toured around everywhere with those 4 screens the dancers moved around. At the time, nobody was really using digital visuals in their performances, then you started seeing everyone doing it at huge award shows. Then all of a sudden once she really blew up, she completely stopped performing with digital visuals behind her (I specifically remember the BR performance at the AMAs being one of the first times). Not to say she never used screens again, but it was more about the sets and theatrics.

She then went on to having crazy stage designs that allowed her to be in, on top of, and up high with the crowd. All of a sudden, everyone is using these types of stage techniques to move around like never before, and here she is doing a stadium tour on a normal stage just killing without all the gizmos and gadgets. A queen gon' queen, I guess.

...I also have a feeling there may have been a change later on in the planning to do something more cool/dark rather than the original concept. I'm guessing she realized how corny a lot of it was (I'm looking at you, brain piano).
