Base is the section for fan communities, general music conversations, pop culture topics, and forum activities like rates. It’s meant to be active and welcoming while keeping discussions focused and respectful. Please review the rules before posting.

Fan Bases

• One active Fan Base is allowed per artist or celebrity.

• Fan Bases are not permitted for fictional characters or for band members without a notable solo career.

• Social media personalities must have a sizable following and be known for more than a single viral moment.

• The thread title must be the artist or celebrity’s name only, without extra commentary or decoration.

• If you are not a fan of the artist or lack genuine interest, do not post in their Fan Base.

• Do not bash other artists or fan groups, and do not use Fan Bases to organize hostility toward others.

• Brief off-topic comments are fine. Persistent off-topic conversations are not.

• Fan Bases are not chat rooms. Avoid filler posts such as greetings or one-word updates.

• Do not bump a Fan Base if you made the last post and have nothing new to add.

• If a Fan Base becomes inactive or requires maintenance, you may request moderator guidance.

Discussions

• Do not create threads in retaliation to other threads or members.

• Avoid duplicating active topics with near-identical threads.

• Consider whether your idea belongs in an existing discussion, a Fan Base, or another section before creating a new thread.

• Use clear, neutral titles that reflect the content accurately.

Rates

• Rates must follow the official sign-up and scheduling process.

• When hosting, set clear rules and deadlines so expectations are consistent.

• Reveal results in an organized and transparent manner.

• If you can’t continue a rate, inform moderators or participants rather than abandoning the thread.

Additional Expectations

• Celebrate your faves without derailing into negativity toward other artists.

• Avoid baiting language or behavior meant to provoke stan wars.

• Keep conflicts contained and step back if a discussion becomes hostile.

• Respect that users engage with artists differently; maintain boundaries even during spirited conversations.
