Been having a lot of fun getting into each of Arca's albums over the last few weeks. Her stuff takes time but it's so cool when it clicks.

Can we talk about how insane it is that she and the band cooked up these new arrangements in THREE DAYS? that is… actually insane, considering I like this version of the album at least as much as the original, if not more. These are the kinds of out-of-the-box/experimental sounds I've been wanting from her for FOREVER. Just reinforces what I've always thought—Gaga's creativity flourishes when she doesn't second-guess herself or allow anyone to put her in a box. When she dives in and trusts herself, the results are incredible things like Mayhem Requiem. What a triumph this project is

the comparisons to INL gave me unrealistic expectations, this doesn't sound like INL at all it's more accurate to call this a more upbeat evolution from EYEYE
