'reputation' reaches 400 weeks on the Billboard 200; 8th female album, Taylor's 2nd
I still remember the albums Initial reception. LWYMMD/RFI? Universally hated, bombed on radio and Hot 100, no stability. End Game, third single, even bigger failure. Released on Spotify two weeks after physical release, streaming stats flopped right out of gate because no Spotify promo (she was being blacklisted for choosing physical release first). The album had no stability on the top 10, despite following 1989. The 'She's not Relatable Anymore' think pieces. Twitters punching bag, that will only end until 2020, when she released folklore. Delicate's dead man's walk to #1 on radio. Both Taylor and Big Machine abandoning the era since it was her last on the label, and the relationship between them fracturing in real time…. Yet, here we are So it goes…. Look what you've done!

Reasons you must stream Paulina Rubio starting today
Si Tú Te Vaz randomly came to my head weeks ago and it's been on repeat ever since. IMMORTAL catalogue.

Are swifties the most hated fandom to ever exist?
No, just currently the most infamous fan base right now because Taylor is not only by far the biggest musician in The Industry, but has reached an echelon that few other musicians or any other celebrity has reached. So she's a target, and so is her fan base. I remember when the little monsters held that title when Gaga was at her peak. Comes with the territory, not everybody can relate.
- HDD Final: Morgan 13x #1, Taylor #2

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
She would have had at least 12 weeks at #1 easily if she had balls and released Ophelia the week she announced it on the podcast Her no pre release lead single strategy has kinda hindered her since Midnights tbh. She's kinda shockingly chosen the right leads since then. Fortnight is the only unknown on how it would have fared if released prior, but I still think it would have helped it be more successful if it would have had time so shine on its own. So underrated even by the fan base 😭

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
And the third #1 of the era will be secured. After opalite dance remix drops on iTunes at its #1 overrall radio peak and takes the top spot on the hot 100 that is. 1989 easily matched.

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
Plz. She's the biggest star on earth. They want her in their show, for the ratings, the clout, the drama. Showgirl will continue steamrolling all thru next year. By 2027, the conversation will be if they are awarding the years biggest album and Her a 5th AOTY.

Taylor becomes highest female Spotify monthly listener, surpassing Lady Gaga
2. Bruno Mars (113M) 3. Taylor Swift (103M) 4. Lady Gaga (100.7M) 5. Justin Bieber (100M) 2-5. It's giving 2009-2013. But 12 years later. Legends

After "Blackout" & "In the Zone" what is Britney's next best album?
Next best album or Favorite album?! There's a difference now. But anyway my answer answers both, actually it's Femme Fatale. Straight up pop excellence. It's bullet proof. Weird and innovative at times. In other words, what a good Britney album should be. Banger after banger. 10\10 bonus tracks too. Maybe a lil superficial and soulless at times, sure, but the purpose of the album was to make smash after smash, and it succeeded.

HDD: Cardi 205k
200k + is a massive win for Cardi, ngl. The SPS alone is undeniable. Might have legs too, the streaming is holding up. Really surprised by this, it's been 6 years since IOP, and 6 years of her being insufferable on the internet. I thought she was done tbh

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
Just read up about Ophelia and Hamlet for the first time ( I know , where the heck have I been), and wooooooh, I'm way hyped for it all Excited for what she's going to do with it, the possible imagery of it all. Ugh love her wicked insane mind. Seems like it's the main theme for the album too??…looking at the track titles…

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
Ummm.. excuse me?! They're both sleek productions filled with melodies that could cut glass, thank you very much. It was smash choruses after smash hooks on both albums. She was on the same mission on both MID would have given 89 a run for its money Era wise if she had released the obvious, infectious #1 smash radio singles Midnight Rain, YOYOK, Bejeweled after Anti Hero. Its crown could have been secured… But CS and Eras got in the way, sooooo. Oh, and Also, both spent a year in the top 10 of BB200 btw.

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
Just realized Midnights is 1989s true sister album. Just pure pop excellence. No Showgirl was ever even needed! Actually might be an unpopular opinion but, Shake it Off is what I hope Showgirl is sonically more in line with. Those horns in SIO got me HYPED to the heavens at the gym today. I'm sure she noted how the 1989 section in the Eras tour turnt the stadiums all the way, And the energy she was wanting to sonically translate into an album. Jack has given her many 10s, but no IKYT, SIO, …RFI?s type of punches that Max has given her.
