This isn't fully true. They were still dropping songs from that pre-debut writers camp well into 2023. aespa content was really slow partially because they were trying to stretch the lsm/yyj era scraps as far as they could. I'm glad they did because their team had the time to nail down aespa's sound by the time LEMONADE came out.

As a member of both stanbases(and a previous member of the third), it was invented by the Beyhive and the first target was actually onika, not gaga. Nobody cared when nicki was the target because there was some truth to her not having much power on her own.
