Games

The Games section is for tournaments, survivors, musical chairs, and other interactive events. These threads rely on consistent hosting and fair play. Please read the rules before posting.

General

• You may run up to three games at once.

• Only one tournament may be hosted at a time. Musical Chairs and Album Survivors count toward the limit; personal survivors do not.

• No spam games or threads created just to boost post counts.

• Games that continue without host updates are not allowed.

• Only bump your game after 24 hours of no activity or for a genuine update. Do not bump finished games.

• All ATRL rules apply. Cheating, excessive double-posting, thread spam, or abandoning games may result in warnings.

• Personal attacks are not allowed.

• Banned members cannot participate, and relaying their messages is prohibited.

• Hosts must post results in the List of Finished Games & Winners thread.

Musical Chairs & Survivors

• Album survivors must be reserved in the pinned thread. You may request only after the album title and date are official.

• Wait one week after release to post an album survivor. Hits collections are exempt.

• You may reserve up to three album survivors at a time.

• Keep rounds reasonable.
  Avoid eliminating large groups at once or creating survivors with overly long item lists.

• Items voted off cannot return.
  Reviving eliminated content will close your game.

• Count all votes fully and fairly. Survivors with biased or incomplete tallies may be removed. Report suspected cheating.

• Do not duplicate album survivors.
  Singles and videos are separate categories, but repeated album survivors are not allowed. Re-releases are permitted.

Tournaments

• Do not duplicate an existing tournament. If unsure, ask in the Games Discussion thread.

• Do not abandon your tournament.
  Leaving a game unfinished or being banned mid-hosting may result in a disruptive WP. Arrange a replacement host if you can’t continue.

• Members who repeatedly quit or disrupt games may face further action.

• To revive an inactive tournament, contact the original host.
  If there’s no response within three weeks, show proof to the moderators for approval.
