Of course she will. The question should rather be, what would the extent of her success look like? She has always had peaks and valleys and her drastic transformations are sometimes too jarring with a tendency to alienate audiences. But she has always maintained high interest throughout by sticking to her guns and has one of the most dedicated and fervent fanbases behind her. The biggest tools in her arsenal as an artist are her knack for crafting an undeniable melody no matter what genre and more importantly, write substantively about things that matter. She also consistently enjoys high GP favorability, in fact she's up there among music's biggest legends. Mayhem is her best album and most focused era in years and showed us how she's feeling rejuvenated and puts in serious effort in honing her craft which is how she was able to reach new peaks as a performer and vocalist last year. She'll always find tremendous success with the right song and right moment. Nobody else does what she can, she occupies a lane all her own. She's a generational and holistic talent who is going to stick around for a long, long time doing her thing. Her best, most creatively rewarding years are still ahead of her and I can't wait to see what her 40s look like and how she silences her detractors yet again for the umpteenth time.

I'm not sure how to access official international Spotify charts from that timeframe tbh. And those archive links only show US numbers with all the other countries links dead. However, you can use Kworb to find weekly streams archive (assuming the data is correct) from 2014 onwards for specific songs. You can choose the country and If you click on a song, you can see both weekly streams and positions. Pretty neat and as comprehensive as it gets imo, even though some data might be incomplete.
