  1. Going on another hiatus. Can't wait to see what changes in a month
  2. Nnn as much as we want him to, Joe Manchin is not going anywhere. Manchin is moderate Rep by today's standards, but "moderate" is not as powerful as "conservative" in WV so he probably sees it in his best interests to run as a conservative Dem cause his votes don't hold up as a conservative Rep. Highkey Dems need a 52-48 majority because of the predictable clownery Manchin is gonna pull. Sinema is lowkey one of the most conservative Dems also, but sis is making moves so the next Dem can get elected in Arizona. I expect her to go full SJW once we have a bifecta
  3. Oh wow. I never heard this put in that context before. I have been more focused on the fact that "moderate" Dems of the 90s/00s were the conservative Dems of the 10s, and most, if not all, had gotten voted out in 2018
  4. I will not lie, I'm loving the concept that Pete was going for. Definitely too many specific tabs that I think could be synthesized under more generalized tabs, and having the videos open to the side of the question would be much more user friendly and easy on the eyes; but other than that, the intention is there and it is unique
  5. Is Politico turning into CNN cause some of their clickbait/flamebait are becoming out of line? This article is just so... trash. At one moment it talks about how Elizabeth Warren changed her politics once she started studying the family economics of bankruptcy, but then it derides her by trying to make it seem as if she was an unabashed Republican going against her Democratic parents and communities' traditions, when in reality those Dems were actually Dixiecrats that became Republican converts at about the same time that Warren switched to the Democratic Party I'm just seeing on Twitter people are taking this article way out of context too. The same people that are about PoLiCY!! are ripping into Liz Warren because apparently she was so privileged that she only focused on policy and not the politics that affect those policies until around the time of her conversion to the Democratic. Like she checked her privileged and educated herself. Those lot and the lot of you that are like that are hypocrites and so ****ing annoying that you deserve 4 more years of Trump https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/04/12/elizabeth-warren-profile-young-republican-2020-president-226613
  6. fjkdsalhefld the way attitudes on WikiLeaks have switched along partisan lines
  7. I keep forgetting Claire McCaskill is now at MSNBC. Ugh it's like I can't escape from that bitch. I'm applying for internships in DC so this woman better stay at home and not become a spokesperson at my next internship
  8. Does Ellen even like being on The Ellen Show anymore? There's been such a difference in her character from before and after Oprah packed her bags and made OWN Also, I feel I've figured out my indifference towards Pete stems from the fact that I associate a lot of who Pete is with one of my friends. Literally the Korean Pete albeit younger, Korean, and not gay. They sound the exact same, hair and clothes the same, philosophy the same. I wish the best for my friend but I could not see him as president...
  9. Technically Poliquin won the popular vote in ME-2 but no one had a true majority, so they resorted to ranked choice voting and that's how Poliquin lost Wait, does Maine's ranked choice voting also apply to presidential elections cause if so we may not have to worry that much about ME-2? Yall Dems next initiatives should be to **** up red states with ranked-choice. The absolute slayage we would have in LA, Mississippi, and Alabama if they did ranked-choice instead of a runoff. Thicky Thighs-Smith would have gone back home to her confederate flags instead of winning against Espy
  10. Tbh Beto has been pretty absent broadcast interviews since he's more focused on being on the ground with voters whereas as Pete has been on so many news shows compared to the other candidates. Out of all the top 2020 contenders outside of Biden, Beto has been one of the only ones not to have a CNN town hall. I wish he would do that and more sit down interviews, but I guess Beto thinks always being on the road is a better strategy than always being on the networks
  11. But not all of the boroughs are here for AOC. Staten Island is more conservative, and parts of Queens and Manhattan prefer someone like Cuomo to AOC That said, the kii I will let out if AOC proves me wrong and out primaries Gillibrand or Schumer...
  12. This... is kind of hot ngl Also I can't help but kii at Gillibrand's polling numbers. Sis should've sat there and ate her food knowing full well Ms. Kamala and Sra. Warren were pulling up on the Dems. 99-100-OUT teas
  13. You are lying to yourself if you think Bernie has a less dodgy track record than Kamala and Beto whose elected political careers started in the 2000s. Bernie's been in politics for over 30 years and has done and said very questionable things that are selectively ignored by his klan
  14. Stop lying. Pete is a different story, but Bernie is very easy to drag wym
