Privacy Policy

ATRL respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to operate the community safely and effectively. We never sell your personal information, and we only use the data you choose to share with us for site functionality, moderation, and security.

Registration
When you create an account, you provide a username, email address, and password. Your password is encrypted by the Invision Community platform and cannot be viewed by staff. If needed, it can be reset to a temporary password upon request.
For security and moderation purposes, ATRL logs IP addresses when you register, sign in, and post. This allows us to identify abusive behavior, duplicate accounts, and other violations of our rules.

Who’s Online
ATRL records the last page you viewed for 15 minutes to display activity in the Who’s Online list. During that time, administrators and moderators can view associated IP addresses. Other members cannot see this information.
You may choose to browse invisibly by enabling that option in your account preferences.

Cookies
ATRL uses cookies to keep you signed in and maintain session functionality. Selecting “Remember Me” stores a persistent cookie so you remain logged in across visits. If you do not select it, your session will expire after 15 minutes of inactivity.
If your browser blocks cookies, the site will use a temporary session ID until you sign out or close your browser.

Email
You control how your email address is used. By default, ATRL may send subscription updates, important notifications, account alerts, or responses to Help Requests. You may opt out of all non-essential emails from your Account Settings at any time.

Private Messages
ATRL’s private messaging system allows members to communicate directly. Messages and personal notes are stored in our database unencrypted but are not accessible to staff or other members. You may disable private messaging entirely from your settings.

Account
Your account and posted content are stored on our servers. Accounts are not deleted by request. If you have shared personal information and need help hiding it from other members or search engines, you can submit a Help Request so staff can assist.

Advertisements
ATRL uses third-party advertising partners. These partners may use non-personal browsing data to deliver relevant ads. They do not receive your name, email address, or other contact information.
For more information or to manage your preferences, you can visit Google’s Privacy Center.

Invision Community Software
ATRL is powered by Invision Community 5.0. For more information about how IPS handles data within the platform, you can visit the Invision Community website.

Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or need assistance with your data, contact us through the Help & Support form. This policy may be updated periodically.
