For my non-sensitive Hive, I find her game-shape transformations and the timing of it hella interesting.

Our girl always looks great, but let's not play: she typically gets trimmer when something is happening.

I'm the firmest believer that an all-encompassing visual is still coming, as well as Act III and all of the visual material that will accompany that (teasers, trailers, promos, covers, looks etc). So, wondering aloud if she's shooting that side of things now.

It's anyone's guess what will survive the editing room floor, reshoots, and new footage from now, but it's clear from the CCT interludes (and the clear difference in how she looked then and the initial Rennie clips) that she is still shooting.

From a visual continuity standpoint, it will be interesting to see how it is all sewn together, because she legit has been shooting for like four years straight lol.

But anyone else surprised they've not announced the Super Bowl headliner yet? Save for one time it was announced in Nov, it's literally always in Sept. It's now early Oct and...nothing.

I keep thinking there is some validity to the Jay + Friends murmurs, which if so, surely guarantees a Bey appearance? And maybe (maybe) explains the refreshed look, Act III delay, and mystery around what is going on BTS.

We'll see.

she always looks great but lbr she's not nearly as skinny as her pics make it seem

at the cecred event she didn't look like this and her outfits aren't nearly as revealing and skin tight irl (cecred events, that one paparazzi outing a few weeks ago) than the skimpy clothes she posts on her website. nothing wrong with some editing, every celeb and influencer does it but ever since 2025 her editing team is going in very heavy handed on the facetune and slimming features (when she doesn't even need either )

at this point i really can't gag unless she posts pictures of her uploading something for us to listen to/watch

Every other semester people try the same with Mariah and Madonna, it's plain revisionism. We know labels pushed some sings heavily to radios until they could soar on their own merit, it's not something exclusive to singer A or B but some benefited a lot from it which helped them to collect chart records. They can stay mad their faves didn't achieve the same effect and only collected pseudo-hits that are forgagatten.

These days I think of their award show campaigns as big, career-encompassing, Thank-you gestures to their friends / collaborators. I saw a few Roc-A-Fella writers and producers get their first Grammy nominations for working on Renaissance (namely "Alien Superstar" and "Virgo's Groove"): Who in their camp doesn't have an Emmy nom yet?

Even real teases by Bey sometimes don't amount to anything (4K Videos, Met Gala, Renaissance Visuals, etc) but we'd be fools to claim Bey and Jay aren't clearly teasing a joint Super Bowl moment.

my feelings are mixed on this - I don't know if it'll be the kind of thing that will give Bey goodwill? That being said, here's one thing I do know to be true...

if they're doing the Super Bowl, they're releasing new music for it.

IF they announce The Carters x Super Bowl, then I would feel confident betting they'll simultaneously drop a The Carters album alongside the performance announcement.

no other major stars are releasing anytime soon, Taylor's come and gone, and dropping now clears the way for Act III after the Super Bowl.

No offence, but this is a nightmare situation.

No videos, no tour films released, no Act III, no nothing, but we end up with a Carter album + the endless hate of Jay abusing his position to use the stage for himself and his billionaire wife. My god. I'd rather nothing happen, cuz Carter's 1.0 was also a therapy side project, and I don't want that vibe again in the middle of a trilogy.
