  12. I'm a bit torn on this. She's been kind of too irrelevant the past couple of years in terms of music (unfortunately, SB deserved better). At the same time, she has kind of a super unmatched iconic career in the early 2010s. She's also close to Beyoncé (and probably Jay-Z), so that connection might help with securing the slot.
