  1. It's not likely for her to surpass DWAS any time soon but we shall see, she proved her real talent post 2011 is leeching off collaborators for a quickie relevance boost.
  2. She's as gracious as a baby rhino, let's be real. I can't imagine she even moving whatsoever by her mid 60s.
  3. Oh, wow, what an effort to bring down your idol's ex-favorite idol and biggest source of plagiarism, i mean inspiration!
  4. Calling him a legend is what is really disrespectful here lol
  5. Why do u feel guilty? Even empathy have its limits and you should aim energy/feelings toward people that make a difference in your life, not every human being deserve this kind of consideration, save it for those that does.
  6. Damn, this news made me kinda emotional. ROL is definitely one of the soundtracks of my life. Loved his stuff for All Saints too. RIP
  7. Because most people (casual pop music listeners) that know her know her because of Genie in a Bottle (we can stretch that a little to Beautiful/2002), that was the last time she was truly popular outside pop culture fandoms. And gen Z are children of these folks so
  8. Oh wow imagine hating on a masterpiece AOTY™ winner alberm just because. Edgy.
  9. Because she's such a legendT that trying to mend her energy with the mere mortals seldom looks right. They can sang better than her, have better musicianship but... she's such a whole event by herself that it overshadows and probably make her counterparts too conscious.

Enough time has passed and now I can say: CumfessionsII sits comfortably on her top 5 all time alberms. Alright, GHEYS?
  11. Love Ciara but she could have the whole Hogwarts working as her team that her case wouldn't be any better, she make bops but she got stuck in the late 00s and there's only so much the geepee can enjoy of an artist like her before getting bored and moving on.
  12. Imagine coming for someone "being assisted" when gagas recent true hits were all featurings. Let's call Chiropatica "ariana grande-assisted" alberm too.
  13. Because it was a flash in the pan kinda hit that only had minor longevity amongst ghotic gheys
  14. I applaud the alberm for its concept but the execution is flawed. Most sings are wonky, like they were just in the experimental stage but she released 'em like that anyway. Bold decision but doesn't make it GOOD.
  15. I never thought of it as complex since if you trace back the train of events in her life it all makes sense and it boils down to yet another case of parental abuse/negligence mixed with overwhelming fame breaking someones mental health (think McCauley Calkin). The way she was treated by media was wrong and problematic (especially the paparazzi hunt bit) but it wasn't extraordinary just excessive. Her celebrity is a product of that time and everything surrounding it is understandable - tragic, yes but very straightforward.
  16. She was already considered a legend very early in her career given the true impact her body of work produced. I was a kid in the mid 90s and remember how media treated her, even in the midst of all controversy and scrutiny people saw her as the goat.
  17. Never got the hate on Repel Charts. It's directionless and seems more like a collection of tracks than a proper alberm but it has more highs than lows, like way more highs than MDN/a and Madoom 69 combined. It just needed some trimming and less corny ballads (what even is HeartBreakCity, the title alone annoys me) to be on point.
  18. CII is objectively better than Blackout, there's nothing insane about it. That other one i can't tell, never heard it
  19. I don't think it's fair to count gaGAs TF and TFM together. I'm aware that in some places it's sold as a double alberm but still, when she dropped Bad Romance it totally was a new era. If it was actually split the decline wouldn't be so drastic.
  20. Because of Madonna, most pop listeners are young 20-something that think it's cringey to listen to someone of their grandmom's age. Imagine BYL being a feat between Sabriner and Ariana Granade, would that fare better on charts? Absolutely yes.
  21. LAV is her only 80s alberm that i don't use besides Dress You Up and (kinda) Angel. TB is good because of the hits but it's full of bops. Debut and LAP are top quality, like Hard Grammy!
  22. Nobody is impressed but people decided for whatever reason that it's "cool" to support him and find "coolness" on his ****. He's talented and has had a very good career but is that enough? The female artists not named Adele or Taylor don't get such easy breeze seal of approval
  23. It's super try-hard, i always side-eye people that praise it because like being edgy has its limits
