you are correct there is a viral threshold, but since @SmittenCake didnt mention the tweet went viral in the thread title, it leaves a gray area. to keep things fair, smitten could you remove the tweet and keep the article instead? since its the more credible source. unless you found actual viral tweets, this thread could be more worded as a question. i dont see where jay dissed kaepernick, but im cool with keeping the thread open in case more credible info comes out.
