I agree with all of this. It'd be a lot of bad press before an album cycle, especially since Jay is basically the face of the selection committee. The thing that makes Bey haters the most mad is the false perception that she's forced down people's throats. Honestly, the idea of a rock band headlining would probably be a good idea if Act 3 is going to be a rock album coming in early 2027. It would gain a lot of goodwill from older rock fans who probably feel like they've been sidelined in favor of pop/rap in the mainstream, and it would draw attention to a potential collab.
