The songs Swifties cream their pants to are really sooooo basic when you compare them to other girls' discographies. Love Imogen Heap, though. But she did say that she tried to get Taylor to try interesting melodies when making this song but she was not interested at all. . . lol

Because NONE of these new girls can dance for sh**. So they rely on ~sAd girL~ vibes and dated ass yawn-inducing synthpop to make up for what they lack. Only Dua Lipa, Tate McRae and Tinashe are even trying.

Her Swifties will buy her stuff no matter what. But the GP is done. Her peers don't respect her unless it's for the cameras or they need a quick online attention boost. The critics seem to be done lying too.

Funnily enough, "Work" was selected by the label for the second single and was shot first. At the last minute, Kelly decided she would rather release "Ghetto." This contributed to the delay in servicing a second single because she had to shoot a video and they had to manufacture CD singles. Baffles me. I love the song, but it ruined any momentum "Like This" gave.

The way this album is sooooo packed with single material. I also think "Flashback" could be a cute hit.

I think you're taking it too literally. Beyoncé didn't have to "drag" them because she showed them through sheer chart performance. They were doubting her but she still came out on top.

Infectious hooks, tight production, great vocals . . . it's leaps and bounds better than her solo debut album. It's like an extension of what she was doing with Destiny Fulfilled, but this time, it's just her in the spotlight. I really like a lot of the songs in this album, plus they selected the perfect run of singles to promote it. I wish it was more popular. Other than "Work," none of the songs really made a dent in the pop landscape in 2007. And "Work" wasn't really even popular until it was added to GTA radio. It's a miracle this album even completed a 5-single run at all. What do you think of Ms. Kelly? Does it need a re-evaluation? That's actually the original version! This was replaced/reworked when Columbia told her she doesn't have hit singles on her album. This leaked around the time they were still considering "Work It Out" as the lead single of DIL, and 'Sexy Lil' Thug' was a buzz single. Good times.

Beyoncé is also known to embrace technology . . . which is why her shows excel. AI is really just another tool. There's backlash around it because it has the potential to eliminate the job market. It's like the farmer and the tractor problem of our time. We can't really stop it. Russia and China will take the lead if the West doesn't. And in many ways, they're already ahead.
