Yes, precisely. Gaga has been doing this dance-adjacent sound for so long that her fans are used to it. The GP are used to it and will never be excited by it. Compare that to Madonna and Beyoncé who are genre chameleons. Everything they do will always have a genuine level of excitement attached to it.
