Fresh Out The Slammer over 200K daily streams! Finally. Let's go for 225K next.

i know it's crazy to say and i thought showgirl era would give this but i just want one last era with a full push before she transitions into her chill era.

multiple pop singles, superbowl, glastonbury, coachella, insane media presence. i need ts13 to be 2023 all over again on a smaller scale as far as media coverage goes…like she needs to go the whole 9 yards.

after the elizabeth taylor music video fiasco though, i doubt it rip

The bloated argument also disappears if you treat it as two albums, reactions to folkmore vs reactions to TTPD have me convinced that TTPD would be beloved if it had been disc 1 released by itself, and then a FORTNIGHT later, the anthology was released.

This is how I started to treat it. Although in the past, I really did thoroughly enjoy listening to the entire thing from front to back, recently I have the standard version saved and I also have The Anthology saved but I removed/hid all the standard songs and I listen to one or the other.

Seeing the Coachella effect on Bieber's discography is really frustrating. It's the ultimate proof that Taylor's eras could be way bigger if she actually cared about them. The way she limitates her own potential by just not caring is such a shame. People say she is obsessed about charts (which is not necessarily wrong) when she always does the bare minimum beyond the first week of release. I know we're never going back to the 1989 type of promo and that we are already lucky enough to have so many music from her but I really miss that hunger artists show when they are debuting/breaking through. She could skip all of those useless radio interviews and focus on 2 or 3 live shows that bring viewers and/or engagement on social media, it would be great already.

It's April 2026 and we still haven't heard Ophelia live ONCE. rip

She really really wanted that streaming record… and whilst she got it - it came at the expense of a much better rollout plan.

What you proposed here would have been perfect.

One of my colleagues who's not a Taylor fan told me how obsessed she is with Guilty As Sin?.

It's starting.

GAS? truthers rise, the day has come, her Cruel Summer moment is upon us.

I really don't care about ET randomly returning to the top 10 for a single week. The song will never be a classic in her discography and it's already locked for a year-end placement. I sorta wish she did a different exclusive Ophelia vinyl instead. The song could've literally returned to number 1 and helped fight for its ultimate year-end position with a huge points boost.

Shouldn't Liz Taylor be at least top15 with the vinyls?

These predictions don't have access to that data, they didn't predict Fortnight re-charting from the RSD vinyl last year either.

So I just completed my rough revisit of ranking her discography and organizing my preference of all of her tracks.. I've come to realize, outside of a handful of tracks - especially from Red and a handful of tracks on rep, I vastly prefer the latter half of her discography. Revisiting anything prior is mostly a nostalgic throwback to when those were the current releases.

every new single by these pop stars flopping is just paving the way for ophelia's grammy sweep clap3

Been away for a while. To "celebrate" coming back, I did the song sorter (which took eons).

Fun facts:

  • With 5 (!!) songs, Red is the album with the most songs in the top 20, followed by TTPD with 4

  • Fearless, 1989, Reputation and Showgirl are the only albums out of the top 20

  • Highest song on Fearless is #32, highest on 1989 is #31, highest on Reputation is #37 and highest on Showgirl is... #120 (maybe it needs time to grow because that's kinda wild tbh, we'll see in like a year how I feel)

  • The very last song is A Perfectly Good Heart

  • Should've Said No, Fearless, Enchanted, Sad Beautiful Tragic, Wildest Dreams, So It Goes, False God, hoax, ivy, Would've Could've Should've, Fresh Out The Slammer and Elizabeth Taylor are my favorites from each album

  • A Perfectly Good Heart, Superstar, Innocent, Stay Stay Stay, Suburban Legends, This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things, ME!, betty, it's time to go, Snow On The Beach, Robin and Actually Romantic are my least favorites from each album

  • Betty is the highest ranked of my least favorite tracks, making folklore the only album with all its tracks in the top 200 (top 165 actually)

  • (For those who know my dislike for these songs, there are still 29 songs below Innocent and 34 below Untouchable)
