Looks at the 24/7 meltdowns on the website for confirmation. All the stan **** is stupid. Everyone feeds into it. But it's crazy work to constantly say Taylor and Swifties have a victim complex then run around posting meltdowns like this. You have people in threads on this forum comparing Taylor Swift to MURDERERS. Stan culture in general is full of crazy mental illness. Again, not unique to any one base.

This seems made up and wouldn't be hard to make. If it is actually true, the same would be true of Tate's song, so it's sorta meaningless either way.

OTHs calling Patient Zero a "lead single" (despite Obsessed being a much closer comparison which P0 has blown out of the water) while saying this was just a cute little remix for the fans despite the fact that it's with an artist whose last song debuted at number 1 and it has a high-concept video. Olivia is also on tour and it's the closer. And the fans allegedly love it! Olivia's singles have had solid longevity and are enjoying a significant tour boost. But y'all have been too eager to dole out drags. This isn't a great performance.

The difference to the top 20 is just ~200k units. Ophelia and Elizabeth Taylor do better with units than airplay. Opalite is even. Also so frustrating that if Billboard had followed their own precedent and allowed both to reenter when The Encore was released, Ophelia would be top 3 and Opalite would be top 10. Opalite, Ophelia, and ET also had their first and biggest weeks chopped off last year because of the cut. They also were among the first hits to suffer from the major recurrent rule change in 2025. Ophelia would've likely never stopped charting under the old system and would be the year-end #2. Opalite could've also climbed further. A remarkable showing from Taylor.

I honestly wouldn't care if she was purposely doing this as part of some insane evil mastermind scheme. Would just make me like her more lmao. But she isn't. I also don't care that she does this to chart better, just like literally everyone else. It's so crazy how much people love acting like Q-anon about literally everything these days, even pop stars. As soon as these went up for digital download, we knew they'd come to streaming the following week. But no, it has to be some secret conspiracy! The sad thing is I think even OTHs know how weird and hypocritical they are deep down. It's crazy how so many of them have made a bigger identity of hating Taylor on here than stanning their own faves.

There are 3 versions of Patient Zero. 4 if you count the behind the scenes video (which is just the og song with no physical equivalent). Olivia and Ariana doing a dozen+ versions? Slay! Taylor doing less than 1/3 of that? Unfair and not a girls girl! I hope Billboard changes the rules. Taylor won't have any trouble debuting at number 1, as evidenced by Patient Zero itself. She'll also easily clear 1 million on the Billboard 200. Some of y'all's faves will struggle to even top the album chart, let alone the Hot 100. Give the people what they want!

I know it's pointless to post this on the Taylor snark website, but there are 17 versions of drop dead. That's far more than P0. Taylor is also following a predictable release strategy. Everyone knew these were coming to streaming the week after they were made available for download. It's actually so psychotic how people expect her to alter her release strategy because of a remix announced this week. Some of y'all need a real reality check. Chasing that OTH dopamine hit by dragging her for perfectly normal things like a predictable promotional strategy and a Grammys For Your Consideration poster. And this probably won't even impact the chart outcome.

Will this tie Taylor with Rhianna for top 10 pop hits?

I think I have outgrown stanning someone new. I really love Billie's music. I love the last two Sabrina records. I love Olivia's newest effort. But I just don't see myself committing to stanning someone new ever again. Part of the reason I still do it with Taylor is because we have a history lol. Part of my life and formative years. While I may become a big fan of other artists, I don't see myself infecting my mind with the mental affliction of true stanning again. The formative years aspect is necessary for that kind of loyalty IMO. I think some people on here throw around the term too loosely. If you're changing your mind about who you stan frequently, we define the world differently lol.

I think this makes logical sense. On the surface it might seem a little surprising simply because TFM was simply that big, but Ariana is much more consistent which always wins out in the end.
