it doesn't change the fact that cruel summer is bigger than any song ariana has ever released and bigger than anything she will ever release, judging by her brand new album doing 6m streams 7 weeks after release. let's talk when petal (12 track album) even manages to reach cruel summer's (1 song) overall streams.

i hate to say it but it doesn't matter what she puts out atm, fans and haters are gonna both dislike it. haters are gonna dislike whatever she puts out regardless, and this new wave of fans lets themselves get swayed by haters and want to prove how "objective" they are about tay's music. "look!!! i can hate my fave's music too!!!" if folklore or 1989 came out today most of her fans and critics would hate them.

we all know if taylor took 20+ weeks to go platinum whether it's in the us or in the uk, you'd be on here calling her all types of names. you've done it for much less. stop the bs…this album is a flop/underperformance for an artist of harry's caliber and that's that.

y'all always complaining about something when your faves are not doing well on the charts. the streams for the top 10 are LOW low, so i don't see a reason why ariana grande and olivia rodrigo shouldn't be doing more than 135 points to occupy more of the top 10 that you guys supposedly hate so much.

miley gets few and far between hits. i love her but it's not like she's this commercial force these numbers are expected. yeah the song is not a hit but i don't see how that's drag worthy
