it's just soulless … nothing else to say or reflect upon. she used to be , in nothing else, a halfway decent to excellent songwriter and there's none of that present here. 'Smile' legitimately has better dance pop songs than this and is overall more enjoyable to listen to. this album certainly doesn't have a Never Really Over or a Harley's in Hawaii …. it doesn't even have a Cry About It Later or a Tucked tbh

1. Gimme Gimme : I wish it was less repetitive. I like the nocturnal tropical beat but dont know. Trap is definitely no. Now i get why this one was not released as single. Is this for tiktok? (6/10)
2. Gorgeous. : The beat is a bit retro racing videogame esque interesting but then it turns into an edgy generic dark sexy pop song. Feels like made for tiktok too. (7/10)
3. Im His He's Mine : Ok this one is catchy house with the sample and Doechi is really good and the video is awesome (8.0/10)
4. Artificial : Futuristic Robotic Mixed with Urban...Hmm. This song Brought me back to Witness. Wish it was less Trap. ZZzZz
But the lyrics spilled tea  What if im AI? What if ATRLERS are language models? what is real? is math related to science? (6/10)

EUROPOP
1. Crush. Hello Europop from the past. Those Boom Boom Booms. This for the Gays in the Club (7/10)
2. Lifetimes. Ok this is a club track but even if its generic there's something beautiful about this. I love the lyrics. This one has shine (8.5/10) my fave
3. Nirvana : This one is real dark and hypnotic. Has such a haunting feeling. The low pitched vocals gave me dance with the devil feelings. I honestly feel like this would be better with a better organic production. Something more oriental,afrobeat,middle eastern or maybe something ghostly. I dont know. Dr Puke europop feels very generic. This song deserved a powerful bridge. Where is it.......Where's the explosive bridge  this song is for the seedy raves. 8/10

SYNTHPOP
1. Truth : Ok this one is interesting hmmm likin this one. i like the subdued synthpop vibe....kinda atmospheric But nothing really ground breakin. (7/10)
2. Woman World : I dont care about the haters  U shut the **** up like chappel said* this is the official song of the kamala harris campaign (2/10)

HAPPY
1/2. All The Love/Wonder. Ok these two song are really cute and i live for happy corny pop music in the vibe of resilient lol.
I can visualize these song in a different type of record. Her ray of light-metamorphosis record but with a different production.
But here sadly feels a bit generic cause she's trying to be cohesive with the clubby style of the record. Good feeling songs for the discotheque
Imagine this produced by someone like William Orbit instead of Puke (8.5/10) (6/10)

SOME NOTES
If katy wanted a proper club album she needed to experiment more with different dance genres from the past. The production is honestly a let down here.   Dr Puke so generic. Ok these songs are fun to dance but the project could have been executed better. Wrong selection of producers* 
The beats lack innovation.  Katy experimented with dance music and failed but i will give her a pass... she tried something new..........
Some atrlers faves are stuck in the same sonic lane...

Why the songs are so short. Why the lack of bridges?

The visuals of this era are beautiful. We needed these visuals with Witness.

I honestly find the strong trap tracks unnecesary. Would have been better more clubby tracks  they feel like from a different record. 
was katy trying to pull a dark horse with all these songs? is not this a dance record?
