She needed love and support from her family/close friends in 2007 after probably suffering from postpartum depression after giving birth to her sons + going through a divorce. This on top of being heavily scrutinised and bullied by the media and paparazzi. This would drive anyone insane. The solution would have been to be there for her, help her and support her, which her family should have but never did. Instead her father commits her into a conservatorship (with the support of her mother). To have your freedom and autonomy over your body taken away from you. Being forced to take lithium for years which have probably permanently altered her brain in some ways. 13 years of this kind of trauma on someone will have its consequences and yes she's not the person she used to be anymore (which she herself describes on x) and she might seem a bit strange. But she's not harming anyone? Shes allowed to act and post the way she does. Is it out of the norm? Yes. But so what. She's finally free and she has reconnected with her kids. We shouldn't judge her for behaving strangely, but we should have empathy for her and let her live her life.
