Does Sabrina have it in her to pivot?
Yes. She gives me very ambitious vibes with some tinges of dark and spicy. I can see her finding the right sound and having more successful eras. But I think she will be canceled in the future again. She's a provocateur. The difference with Katy is....... Sabrina's personal songwriting style is highly loved by so many girls, like Swifties. Her fanbase is not only the gays. Katy didn't have that as a backup. If Sabrina fails she will be back to her personal thing. Katy also feels more toy-esque—too overly goofy-comedian. Sabrina is far more of a classy diva. Far more respected, I feel??? But Sabrina can be polarizing sometimes. So she needs to play her cards right.

Today officially marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks
My brother lived in a small town that was destroyed by floods-lahar and is today a campground for veterinary students and he told me about havin an eerie like sinkin empty feeling all the time there even when he's not a believer in the supernatural-spiritual things he told me about seeing some sort of shadow things in the woods all the time and hearing really strange noises at night Honestly in places like Hiroshima, 9/11 memorial, Auschwitz. I think theyre charged-loaded with energy. I dont know how some people take pictures all happy and goofy there. Seen so many online and that makes me angry lol thanks for sharing your experience hennie crazy how this event really happened. Feels so surreal sometimes I love to read stories from all the gen alpha and how they feel about this. So many dont grasp the magnitude of this Another event that we forgot and i remember with big pain was that japanese earthquake-tsunami in the 2011 To the list of scariest events in the history of humanity ever

Today officially marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks
I've posted in past 9/11 threads from last years here about what it was like for me to watch this horrible tragedy unfold live on TV, so I'd like to add something different today. My dad filmed American airports, highways, etc. back in the year 2000, and the security measures were really minimal compared to today. I need to look for those CDs-Cassetes and upload them to YouTube. He had a poultry conference in the States, so he had a chance to record some of his trip with his old video camera. I remember the videos, and it's really cool to see all the vintage sports cars from that era. America was having a golden era in the '80s and '90s. I wonder if that would have continued if 9/11 hadn't happened. It's crazy to me how Shakira was able to achieve her crossover in late 2001 and early 2002, especially considering her Arab heritage and her surname, Mebarak. Her music video was filmed largely in a blue screen desert and sometimes has strong Middle Eastern odalisca vibes and she has also arabic dances in her tour. After 9/11, I remember a huge wave of anti-Middle Eastern hate rippling through the world associating them with the worst and terrorism. I also remember Shakira talking about experiencing some xenophobia because of her Arab heritage early, but it seems like her Latina identity may have helped shield her from some of it. In a different reality she was blocked from turning global by the american music industry I wonder if the invasion of middle east and the general bad mood in America in the decade shifted the musical landscape. Maybe that was one of the catalysts for the end of the lovely, bubbly bubblegum-pop era, with music becoming more nu-metal, punk, gothic, and generally darker. I wonder if that was connected in some way to the war. That day changed the USA for the worst and Middle East brutally, but in so many countries around the world, it was simply a day that passed. In my country, it was a really horrible eventful day, but people eventually just forgot about it. The mood here throughout the decade remained pretty colorful and nice. It wasn't nearly as dark as it was in the USA. We all live on our small reality regional bubbles 6. The planes were also heading for the US Bank Tower and the White House. I wonder if the response would have been more aggressive if the planes had hit Los Angeles because of all the celebs attention and stuff and the Capitol symbolism 7. Wanna visit one day the memorial but i dont know if im strong enough to go there. My aunts went there and they told me how there's a very strange mood there

9/11: 25 Years Later [Serious Topic]
It was a really haunting thing. The videos don't do justice to what it felt like to witness it live happening that day. It will live forever in my memory and september to me is always associated with that even if i been trying to erase that association I was able to watch everything unfold live. I was in 4th grade. 8-9 years old kid That day i remember not havin school? or arriving very early? I don't think my southamerican country had ever been so completely paralyzed by the news-any of our news as it was that day. To me that was the most impactful event of the world back then.....then covid happened I think what impacted me the most was seeing all the desperate people jumping from the buildings, along with that huge cloud of dust-debris and people running through the streets to save themselves. The noise of the collapse. The people trapped waving for help near to the fires Just got tears in my eyes writing about this. The sufferin the people went through that day. Very horror-esque A day I will never forget. RIP to all those beautiful souls from all over the world-all nationalities in those airplanes-skyscrappers-el pentagono. 🕊️ This should also be a reminder to certain groups and communities in the West-USA to stop glamorizing terrorist organizations-violent insurgent groups. I'm from South America, from a country that has experienced violent terrorist groups their whole story, and trust me: they are not your friends even if they have the "fighting for the people" facade. These groups are driven by bloodshed, evil, destruction and a thirst for power. Sometimes people think is all games and fun till they experience the threath itself and theyre bombed, kidnapped, chopped into pieces. They would kill you with no remorse. Their god is Death. Dont quote this last paragraph. Just take my advice. thanks. 9/11 was definitely a day that changed the history of the entire planet and shaped how things would unfold over the following decades. Here the pic of the anti-osama bin laden operation.

Sometimes i create some dumb threads and i regret those the bunny one was one But definitely i have some iconic ones too in my arsenal- Have you ever opened ATRL at your gym's bike?
Nope, but I love printing out my ATRL threads and reading them on my way home. Like some past members from here. They taught me that- Do you still watch traditional TV? [Broadcast and cable only, not streaming]
Rarely, but I definitely want to watch more of it thinkin about it. Good question. I have an USB player thing 1000-3000 channels of all types Sometimes I get bored with all the clickbait on YouTube and all the disposable content. Lately, I've been feeling nostalgic and watching these websites with old shows, commercials, and stuff from the past. https://00s.myretrotvs.com/ https://90s.myretrotvs.com/ https://80s.myretrotvs.com/ https://70s.myretrotvs.com/ https://60s.myretrotvs.com/ https://50s.myretrotvs.com/- MILEY - 'Bass Persuades'
Wait...We are not considering how dolly died 2 weeks ago maybe she's depressed about that. She loved her so much maybe she's not in the mood for the promo yet or happy dancing performances. Just a theory - Lady Gaga
