from what I remember, about 135! but tbh I've been in a bad habit of doing the same sh*t over and over at the gym (while still increasing weight and increasing amount of sets) and I haven't actually bench pressed in a LONG time whoopsies!

360 pounds

Edit: sorry I thought the thread title said "Guess how much Nicki Minaj weighs"

Wow love that on you sweaty

I only do dumbbell press so don't know how much I'd do on a proper bench. Does anyone know how to estimate the conversion? I do 40 lbs dumbbells for a total of 80 lbs. But that's also 3 sets of 6-8 so could probably do more if I was just doing one rep giraffe

I've been stuck at maxing out around 4 reps of 225 for awhile, so probably 240-245 for a 1 rep max.

20kg on each side plus 10kg from the bar I guess

I'm skinny

suburban

Around 65kg currently, I'm skinny as hell I feel like it's my max.

oh there are many sweaty things about me that I'm sure you'd enjoy eli

I do dumbbell press instead with 40 kg dumbells, 6-8 reps. So I could probably do one rep of 90-95 kg with a barbell

I'm currently at 105 lbs each side with the bar weighing 45 lbs so I'm at 255lbs right now doing 3 sets of 10 reps each (tho the third set I need spot)

My highest so far is ~98-100kg total, been a while since I tried to challenge it

been pushing 120kg lately on barbell back squat so hoping to pass 100 soon on the bench gayalipacat2

235

I only trained bench for about a year or two cause i one hated it and two saw too many fail videos on yt as a kid. I'm stronger now but can't do more than that now after I dislocated my shoulder 2 years ago and had surgery. Don't feel comfortable benching heavy anymore

The highest bench I had was 310, but I have switched to machine press exclusively for isolation and hypertrophy.

My one rep max is about 100kg, but I haven't done that in a while lmao. I usually do my full sets at ~80.

I haven't lifted in many, many years but I could only bench like 135-140 max(I started with like the bar).

I could squat like 300 and deadlift 500 though. rip
