I think DWAS makes perfect sense with this late-era of HAC-pandering by Gaga, although deep down it will never make sense for those of us who worship her peak of raw, unadulterated pop music. Thank god for the Apple Music version, which may very well be one of her best songs. Bring Your Love does feel like a genuine piece by Madonna, just one that does not really add anything new to the equation, so its hard to muster any enthusiasm for it. I dont know how natural it feels on Sabrinas behalf, though, but I dont think thats the question you are aiming at...

I just don't think both look for the same thing in pop music anymore? Madge was a clear inspiration for Gaga back in 2008-2011 and MDNA rode the EDM trend that Gaga led, but since then their styles haven't met at all. It also looks like Madge is back to a more minimalist, refined sound and that's just so far away from today's Gaga.
