no a&r, songwriter or team could save kathie. she can get very lucky and snatch a really catchy pop tune to get a hit again (even though i doubt that), but there is no world or force that can make kathie perrie an interesting or successful artist that people would connect with. when a&rs and songwriters are used, they are tools to develop an artist and their identity and brand. there's no song or album in the cosmos that kathie perr or her team could conjure up that would make her particular brand of cringe, corny and silly clownery something people would want to connect with and find profound, fun or witty. sabrina sells her horny shtick and amy allen helps her develop that style with their songwriting sessions, but that's because sabrina is that girl, it is authentic. labels can't come up with that sh*t, they are actually so dumb and useless. if somehow espresso was made for and sang by kathie, it would have TANKED. sabrina packages up and delivers her brand of pop because she is authentically that girl and people connect with that. same thing with adela, ain't in la and nicole kidman and her voice now is that she is the small country girl chasing her dreams and making it big in LA. she is speaking her truth, her experiences, she is that girl and people connect with that. if kathie had a song like nicole kidman it would FLOP. there is nothing interesting about kathie, her brand and pop identity expired like MILK long ago, it is the same thing with xtine, even if you have the best a&r, songwriters and producers there is no artist there to develop, market, brand, sell, make the consumer want to connect with. she was a pop product of her times and the product is no longer in demand. it is simple as that.

we as a society have collectively moved on from needing kathie perrie as a musical artist there is literally nothing interesting about her as an artist, songwriter, singer, creative person nothing about the way she creates or approaches music is interesting or needed in the current pop landscape there was space for her in the early 2010s when the world was different, a little bit more cringe, light-hearted, corny, silly, when the recession was over and obama was president and the internet was just memes and funny clips but nothing she can sing or create now would be engaging, interesting or a fun escape, her brand of silly cringe pop music expired long ago. pop has to be smart or witty now, she is neither of those things. she was the jester of pop, but now it's serious times, like we are in deep sh*t mama and kathie perrie can't save us, she can't even save her career
