Love ha but I will never understand the hair extensions. Why does she never grow her hair out? Or just rock it short?

You can tell she's unwell if she posts videos like this. There's no self-awareness. She has no idea how these videos make her look. It's painful to watch nobody help her. Like, are these videos a cry for help? How can a fellow celebrity see these and not reach out?

She's definitely self aware. I forgot who, but some lady went on a podcast and mentioned meeting her out for dinner one night with a mutual friend (post-cship) and I think she was a comedian or something and was asked to do an impression of Brit casually in front of her and she was like "oh you're doing my instagram." :ducky:

When I see videos of her like this, I feel so sorry for her.

It's so sad, to see the damage/scarring all those years of abuse, control, lack of freedom did to her.

She was a prisoner for so long, had the most important aspect in her life (being a mother + her boys) taken away from her.

We cannot imagine how hard that was for her, and to top it off, she was fighting for so long with no light at the end of the tunnel.

It really is no surprise she is how she is, when you think about it.

There is nothing wrong in being "eccentric" or "weird" but I feel if she had people around her who truly loved and cared for her,

They would at least help her manage the things she posts and perhaps advise her not to post certain things, because a lot of it does not help her.

It definitely leans towards painting her in a certain light, that the media and her trash family have clung to for years.

She seems lonely, idk. At the end of the day, we don't know ****, so we can't speak on her life like that.

I will always love her and root for her happiness and peace

she has no idea that these videos make her look *bad* though.

I normally avoid her tiktoks but one came up on my page, so I looked at some. It's very sad to see her tiktoks. I don't get the dancing, always the same moves, always sexual, the baby voice. It's like she doesn't know how to do anything different.

The comments here saying "can someone help her" What do you expect them to do? This is her now. She isn't going to change back. The drug comments are dumb too.

her eyes look vacant. i hope she gets the help she needs to overcome the abuse she suffered

Let the woman bake her bread and do whatever she wants. As long as she's not harming herself and she's healthy, let her be weird, let her have her fun and enjoy her freedom x

Jayden is back in her life, you'd think he would help her with good content, unless she refuses stuff like that. There is a lot of things she could do.

And how do you know that exactly?

She has spent years of her life making her self look *good*. If she wants to look the way she does, she can, if she wanted to look like what everyone expects of her, she can. Clearly she doesn't care what anyone else thinks.

She seems lonely

I think this is the truest post in this entire thread.

I think she's so lonely to the point that she has to regularly dance, ramble or sing into the void. That's why she has to post the most random things to her millions of followers, to feel less alone. It probably feels like she's showing it to everybody and nobody simultaneously. And it's her at her most unfiltered, no fancy or curated or attractive or professionally edited posts. I think that's the whole point. It's her at her most casual, unattractive, unbothered, unkempt state which is a rebellion towards her Hollywood image that her family took advantage of and ruined her life for.

There's probably a safe or comforting feeling in that and it makes her feel like a regular person like all the other people on IG sharing the most random stuff that aren't that attractive or "fit for a Hollywood celeb".

The think pieces.. she just like me fr getting excited for carbs (im obese so..)

this whole Britney situation makes me think about how lucky I am to have a caring and loving family.

poor Brit, I really hope she pulls through somehow :dancehall:

I get really depressed seeing her instagram to be honest. I hope she gets help if she does need it.

I think it's easy to assume drug use when seeing her acting like this, but I actually don't think she's on drugs. I think she suffers from mental health issues that were triggered by long-term stimulant use. If I'm not mistaken, Brit was addicted to Adderall. The abuse of amphetamines over a long period is known to cause brain damage and psychological issues. It seems that now that she's free, she is not under all of the medications that were suppressing how she naturally is post-stimulant abuse.

Amanda Bynes too became addicted to Adderall. The situations are very parallel. When Amanda was on all those anti-psychotics she presented fine:

But post-conservatorship, she is clearly not on so many medications and her natural personality is like this:

Do she and Brit seem strange after being free? Yes. But are they hurting anyone? No. This is sadly what can happen after the brain has been altered by long-term amphetamine abuse. If Brit or Amanda were still hopped up on amphetamines or even methamphetamines, they'd be extremely hyper and energized. I'm not seeing that from these videos. All I see are two people that have been changed by past drug use and are doing their best with what they are left with. And if either of them were actively using meth or suffering from schizophrenia or something like that, we would know by now. Just look at how they were before the intervention. Neither of them are in a conservatorship anymore and both have been able to maintain without getting into the same situations that they used to.

Can we just have a "Britney bizarre video" megathread at this point? For better or worse, this type of content has been the norm for her for years now :sherlock:

gahdamn, that smoker's voice is terrible lol

but sure, let's eat some sweet bread Brit

Could be onto something here

It's weird, sure, but she's not posing an imminent threat to herself or others while making a goofy video about baking bread.

I'm not disagreeing that she may need stronger mental health support than she's currently receiving, but this harmless video should not be used as evidence of that clinical need.

ATRLs daily Britney psycho-analysis :clown:because of a "weird" social media post. :rip: It's funny to see the same users' brazenly stupid takes across subforums and vastly different topics.

OT: Why has no one mentioned the outfit? lmao it reminds me of  madonna's 2000s British mum era, kinda here for it. :celestial5:

She's mentally unwell but as long as she isn't hurting anyone or herself let her be. Tons of people with mental health issues are among us and we don't lock them up or put them in horrible and cruel conservatorships. Let them live their life as they please , again, as long as they don't hurt anyone or themselves.
