Snapdragon has been embarrassingly behind for a decade and only bridged the gap after buying out Apple's key architects. I'm still surprised Apple is still so ahead in silicon, if you look at how efficient their chips are in comparison to Nvidia and the other competitors… it's kind of mind boggling.

And on top of that Samsung has the smaller battery, no under display camera, no Spatial Audio, no S Pen support, no vapor chamber, no MagSafe, and worse software optimization for that form factor JUST because they wanted to beat Apple to market with their rushed half-assed passport sized phone (and being just as expensive). Apple never cares to be first.

The way I didn't even know that Samsung cut corners like that. I saw it in person and thought it was cute, but the Duo being ONLY $100 more than that makes me feel bad for the iPhone users that flocked to Android just for the Fold 8 when this is virtually superior is every way. And the wait wasn't even that long.
