This anniversary release is part of the Y2K commemoration by the label, through Legacy Records, and it's been happening for a couple of years already way before Britney's catalogue sale. OIDIA had it last year and other artists like BSB had anniversary releases as well. You people really need to let that transaction GO Plus, Britney already gave her consent to this type of releases by selling her catalogue. She's retired so it makes perfect sense for her to cede her part: bank on it on advance and let others do the work. Even if Primary Wave was behind it, they're in their right to push what they purchased. That doesn't make them evil or that they're taking advantage of Britney and the only people that could possibly be mad about it is haters seeing her discography and legacy finally receiving the treatment they deserve.
