Britney posts bizarre video about baking bread

Featured Replies

Some of you are so judgy and so condescending exuding Facebook energy and some of you are really cute with your genuine concerns and everything. But this is a free woman doing whatever the hell she wants. What are you gonna do about it? I'm not the biggest fan of her content and I'm not going to pretend I am, but the discourse around her Instagram posts is ten times more exhausting than the content she posts herself.

Just wish her well and go on with your day, making assumptions about her health on the Internet is not going to help. We know what she has been through and we sure know damn well when the content she posts started to shift. It's been this way for a while, like I said, this isn't worth so many pages.

She can't help it. You can see that she wanted to twirl.

I think everything she does ends up with a twirl

She is going to die if she does not get the help she needs.

This thread really shows how easy it is to get away with substance abuse, because it's so shameful that other people don't even want to acknowledge that someone else got a problem. I hope she beats this illness and she should give up the music industry and become a private person. She's already a legend and doesn't have to prove anything.

Making bread is dangerous?

No, but doing drugs is to numb the trauma is.

Is anyone with her? Is she just in the house alone? I feel like she needs to be given something to do, while having healthy relationships and conversations with people. On one hand, she's earned the right to live in peace and her own eccentricities; but she just seems so disconnected from the world, and not in a healthy way that's self-serving and promotes growth.

There is proof she was making bread but I don't see proof of drug use, it could be nothing or could be just 2 glasses of wine, I don't think she's on drugs

Be real.

I think that after years of other people controlling her body, image, and life, Britney developed a strong need to take back control. For so long, others decided what she wore, how she danced, what she could say in interviews, and even handled her money and freedom. I feel like her dancing freely and expressing herself now is her way of reclaiming control and figuring out what feels right for her. To me, it shows a mix of freedom, self-assertion, and a desire to be seen as a whole person, not just a pop star. I can see how it might feel uncomfortable for some people to watch, depending on their age, values, or comfort level with nudity and sexuality.

Why can't she take a break from social media and heal in private? It's not like she relies on ad revenue or cares if her fans see her.

Her previous videos after getting out of the conservatorship weren't as weird as now so there could be something else. But I also can't say I don't act and do random weird things in the middle of the night out of nowhere, if I were to record just those moments anyone would say I'm on drugs too so :emofish:

Both extreme takes on this matter are wrong. No, she's not doing meth or crack. And no, she's clearly not 100% well.

For years we've known that Britney has some kind of mental issue. And even if she didn't have them before the cship, she clearly has them now. Nobody could go through what she went through and come out unscathed. She had to endure so much pain for years, I can't even imagine what something like that can do to you mentally. So it doesn't surprise me that she's not completely well.

Going through such trauma can also make it super difficult for her to trust in others. Her own family did despicable things to her, doctors drugged her for years. How can she just turn to medical help like that? It's like an animal that was abused for years and just can trust a loving family when one turns up. It takes time and commitment, and maybe Britney is not commited to do that, and maybe she never will. Which pains me because I know she needs that help and she could thrive with proper treatment.

I just hope having her son near her again brings some positive change, maybe he can even encourage her to get better. As long as he doesn't suck her dry like the rest of her leech family.

What makes me fume the most is that Larry was right when he said she would never go on stage again.

It hurts that someone like him turned out to be correct, and she isn't willing to prove him wrong. (ik she shouldn't but eh) 200.gif

Maybe Kevin's book is putting her in a spiral. Who knows?

These people are monsters but they are also intimately familiar with her situation. I think her brother said she's not able to take care of herself and judging by all the poop on the floor...

Obviously she didn't deserve to be a slave to her dad but I wonder if being abandonded with absolutely no guard rails or medical care is good for her.

But when they said this stuff the conservatorship was still active so they pushed for the helpless narrative.

we also can't assume that she is not doing therapy or not taking meds but that ******* IG makes it hard to believe that she is

This is actually one of the first videos of hers in years that I thought might be intentionally humorous?  I mean she's Interpretive dancing while talking about bread, and the way she grabs her ass and dances at the end, lowkey sent me.  Random and bizarre content like this is very much on par with today's online humor.  I find the twirling videos or the one where she hit herself with a lit cigarette much more disturbing than this one.

We can all assume and theorise, but only Britney and those that are around her/know her really well will truly know (to an extent) about Britney's current wellbeing.

Us randomers online can only hope she's happy, healthy and attempting to heal. That's all that matters.
