It's just recent botox. That's why when she raises her brows there is little to no movement in her forehead. She also looks like she lost some weight recently.

Are our 20s too overrated?
Not really... 20s are a time when you can be rebellious and make mistakes and learn important lessons. When you turn 30 and look back at your 20s, you can laugh about how wild you were and how much you changed between 20 and 30. People should appreciate their 20s as much as possible, because once you are 30 or older, you are held to a higher standard both socially and professionally, and if you mess up, it will not be tolerated in the same way it was before. And at least for people in the U.S., you can stay under your parents health insurance coverage until age 26. I am now 30. I wish I could re-live a month in my 20s all the time. During my 20s, I had my messy club era, then my insta-thot era, then my faux-"I'm 25, I have my **** together now" era, and also my young professional era where I could still get away with making mistakes due to my lack of experience. In all cases, I ultimately felt more free socially and lived as though there was less pressure on me. Enjoy what you have left of it. You only get to be in your 20s once. During your 30s, your career can end up taking up 10+ hours of your day, your expenses increase, your relatives age and develop health issues, your long-time friends have their own responsibilities that cause you to drift apart compared to before, etc. That's not to say that aging doesn't have its own benefits, but once you are 30 the pressures of life are more noticeable in my opinion.

Poll: Jon Ossoff would knock Harris, Newsom from path to POTUS in 2028
Kamala was always flopping in the state-level polls during the time that Newsom and Buttsniff had buzz, but since then, the latest state-level polls in Southern states show why she still has a shot - the same reasons why Hillary pulled through... I think she'll still have a hard time because she often struggles to make a compelling argument that riles people up, but if she shifts left during a time when left candidates are winning, I think non-political junkies would be impressed enough to show up for her.

Lindsay Clancy Trial: Jury deadlocked for the 2nd time
Her attorney apparently said that when Judge Sullivan polled the jury on whether there was outside influence, there was one juror that "doesn't want to follow the law." So clearly, this is an 11-1 situation, which is extremely frustrating. A lot of people are interpreting Reddington's comment as meaning there are 11 people convinced of NGRI and 1 that believes she is guilty. But I think the comment is being misinterpreted. Judges are not allowed to poll each juror on their position until after the verdict, so it could very well be that 11 believe she's guilty with 1 holdout that believes NGRI. It's hard for me to believe 11 jurors believe she was completely fine and suddenly went insane in an 18-minute interval.

Poll: Jon Ossoff would knock Harris, Newsom from path to POTUS in 2028
Ossoff is really benefiting from the fact that this poll only includes 5 candidates though. When the other hopefuls were included, he received 4-6% in all July and August polls. When the primary pops off, we're likely to have 10-15 candidates or even more like 2020. It will be hard for him to define himself if he has to try and stand out against other centrists like Kelly, Shapiro, Pritzker, etc. That's why things didn't work out for Amy and Pete anyway because people were like, if all of them are pushing the same ****, I'll just go with Biden since he has the biggest name and resume. I feel like part of that is going to benefit people like Kamala and Newsom in the long run because voters in early states will be split among all these white male centrist candidates. And if Kamala re-heats her 2020 nachos and tries to be more progressive, she might end up just barely making it over the line. Axios polled 18-34 year olds for 2028 just last month and they overwhelmingly supported Harris even with AOC included in the poll. But it's really going to depend on who Kamala has advising her and running her campaign because if she hires anybody from Biden's orbit like a lunatic, she's gonna flop hard af. For instance, the state polling thus far shows Kamala doing terribly, but that's also because state polls have small samples and people with buzz from that region are typically at the top. When looking at national polls where the sample is 3-4 times larger, Kamala and Newsom have consistently been at the top. I think the DNC will sideline Ossoff anyway if KLB loses the gubernatorial election in 2026. They won't want a GOP governor appointing someone to fill his seat if he were to win. Pete polling so high will never not make me laugh. He cannot win in the South and will look weak because his resume is being the mayor of a small town and then a Transportation Secretary for Biden. He seems to just get buzz because people think he's a good speaker, but his policy positions are essentially like the Harris 2024 platform but even more conservative. Newsom's buzz was all about the redistricting, but he's now in 3 place behind Pete and Kamala. We know Pete can't win because his support among minorities is awful. Newsom has more support that Pete in that Demographic, but Newsom is going to find that he can't justify the issues in his home state in other parts of the U.S. All the GOP would have to do is tell brainless voters about how Cali has the highest cost of living, highest home prices, highest cost of utilities and gas, high taxes, etc. They'll just say that if Newsom is president, the rest of the states will end up the same way and people would believe it. Regardless of who ends up running, the current primaries have shown that Democratic voters are done with centrist, incremental policies. I don't see that changing with Trump still being in office, so if we have progressive-coded Kamala and AOC running, I think they'll do much better than polling currently shows. Newsom, Buttigieg, and the other male centrists have shown they plan to shift right, and people aren't going to show up for that.

Not my ultimate "fave" but for a long time I really like Mariah the Scientist. I never looked into her personal life because I was only concerned with the music, but then I saw her going viral for making fun of GloRilla's appearance. That opened a can of worms, which led to me finding out she supported Tory Lanez after he shot Megan. I was done after that. It's a shame because I'd still be streaming Burning Blue and her first 3 projects hard, had she not shown that she's a mean girl that will make a fool of herself over a dumb man.- 2026 US Midterms Megathread 🇺🇸 Final Primaries 09-01 thru 09-15
Honestly, I wish a Dem in a safe blue seat would just go on Fox and be like, "I think it's time for you all to just admit you can't stand Hasan because deep down you want to **** him. Don't we all?" The reactions would be such a kii.- Dolly Parton has died, aged 80
She died of cancer. The official statement says it was a brief battle. However, in that video she posted looking healthy, many fans noted that she had been in that same outfit and makeup months prior to the video - so it was suspected of being pre-recorded. I think she probably knew for up to a year that the prognosis wasn't good, so she just kept positive and used the time to be with loved ones so her illness wasn't a spectacle in the media. She was such a remarkable legend. I don't know that we'll ever have a celebrity so sweet and down to earth. She was filthy rich and no matter how famous she got, she was always humble and never changed. Truly the best of us.- 2026 US Midterms Megathread 🇺🇸 Final Primaries 09-01 thru 09-15
I mean… she's always going to have the admin on her resume because she was his veep. However, her discussing the things she disagreed with is fair game when she was told Biden would be a transition candidate and ended up bungling the entire plan by refusing to step aside. It's kind of crazy to me how people always perceived the Clintons as the biggest vindictive egomaniacs in the Democratic Party when the Bidens are right there. They go on the media regularly to bash any person that acknowledges he should have stepped down. And frankly, Kamala and other former Biden allies could be saying much worse but have tried their best to at least be respectful about their critiques. The Bidens need to wake up and realize that people are never going to look back and think it was reasonable for Joe to run for reelection when he had a 33% approval rating and could barely get through an interview without mixing up countries, forgetting names, or remembering the topic.- Hayden Panettiere dead at 36

In what way is it frivolous? Substance abuse is a mental health condition just like any other mental health diagnosis. Not everyone that uses illicit substances is doing so for recreational fun. Some people turn to them when vulnerable and become dependent. Sadly, a lot of people take advantage of that because they know an addict will take anything they can get and do not have the foresight to consider risk or trust. All that matters is that the seller gets some money out of it. If someone is actively addicted to opioids, their brain isn't wired to think about the fact that the pills they are buying could be counterfeit pills containing fentanyl. Their brain is only focusing on the next fix so that their body does not go into withdrawal. Selling someone substances without knowing what is in them is reckless. Selling someone pills you claim to be Percocet while knowing the pills actually contain fentanyl is premeditated. If either case is true in this situation, the person that distributed her the pills should be held accountable. Especially if it was Brian or his brother - they knew she was an addict that was struggling. - I just saw HoleNextDoor IRL…
