I say this as someone who respects her immensely and views her as one of the most pop culture figures in history. It makes me very sad to see her current state and that she is sharing it so publicly. I hope the people in her life, whoever they may be now, have her best interests at heart and are taking care of her.  I worry she is super vulnerable and it concerns me that no one in her personal life seems to stop her from sharing these concerning videos online.

this is such an L take and every time i see posts like this i take it very personally. it hurts me that you guys only accept people when they are in peak form, when they are the beautiful immaculately packaged product that fits society norms. yes Britney is struggling mentally, that doesn't mean you can shame her for it or that she should feel shame. people deserve to be loved and respected at their low points too, especially when they're not doing anything wrong and just acting a bit loopy. when i see these comments about Britney, Lindsay and Amanda Bynes, it reminds me that society does not like people struggling with mental health, despite us ALL going through it all the time.

Everytime a thread like this gets made it ends up with users swearing that she's on drugs, and we have to contiously remind everyone yet again that she is still getting over years of being traumatized and drugged against her will, which can have life long effects on the human brain and on people's mental state. It's the same **** everytime

lots of people are weird and crazy, & don't find themselves in a conservatorship ever. it was never about helping her. it was always about keeping her as a cash cow. there's a connection between your last sentence and the conservatorship.

I just don't see the point in stanning someone who's not doing anything career wise

I honestly haven't seen her ig in a while, I muted her because her videos just got too weird

 

I'm still a stan and will always be, but this is too heartbreaking to watch, I feel like after the abuse she lived in the C-Ship she just couldn't handle freedom anymore or forgot how to live and her mind is off the rails .

 

Yeah she is not harming anyone, but she is harming herself, she clearly needs therapy and heavy medication for her trauma and condition

 

I feel like she desperately needs help and no one will come to help her, she is so isolated 

 

And we are gonna watch her decline more and more unless something extraordinary helps

 

People need to stop pretending she's ok tho, she's not okay

I used to be one of the loudest voices for #FreeBritney.

 

I truly believed she was being held against her will and stripped of her autonomy. And while her conservatorship was undeniably exploitative (forcing her to work while controlling every aspect of her life), I think it's time we acknowledge something harder to admit: Britney is very, very unwell.

 

Her recent video making bread is heartbreaking. It's not just "quirky" or "eccentric" anymore, it's disturbing. She clearly suffers from a severe mental illness, and every day I genuinely worry I'll wake up to the worst possible news.

 

It's obvious she's completely isolated, with no real support system, and what we're watching looks like a spiral. Whether it's untreated psychosis, worsened by possible substance use, or another serious condition, she is a danger to herself.

 

We didn't have the whole story back then. Freeing Britney from the conservatorship seemed necessary, but simply ending it without providing her with the right medical and emotional care left her exposed. She needs help, not just "freedom" in name only. And it's painful to say this as someone who wanted nothing but liberation for her.

Saying all of this over some IG videos when we don't see her personal life outside of them 

She has been seen in public several times while on vacation with her bodyguard she clearly knows how to still live life and enjoy herself...
