The second genre I listen to the most, after pop, is classical music. Even so, I can't really imagine not listening to pop music. Classical music itself is such a broad genre, and so much contemporary pop is influenced by it. You can hear a lot of elements from both the Romantic and Baroque periods in pop music. I also feel that musical theatre occupies an interesting space where the two genres come together particularly well.
