She'll probs do an indie movie which I actually think she'll do really well in. Those big blockbuster cameos were just to get her face out there (as bad as they were) and I guess to get connections

 

I'm not a Taylor fan and I don't participate in stan culture and have very little social media but from what I've seen, she's gotten so much respect for her directing in the atw video from the general public.

 

Too many users on here act like "the GP" is some different entity or sumn it's weird. It's clear 99% of people are online, it hasn't been niche for years now. I hate the whole "gp" thing

I literally cannot stop listening to Midnights 3am edition front to back  she really did that, we love a Top 4 album in her discography

Either Folklore's number or position is wrong, since the three albums under are doing 24-25K. Pure sales have gone up so maybe it's 25.5K the number they wanted to write.

Crazy she was dropping Speak Now TV hints Midnights release week and still no announcement  On tour she keeps talking about rerecording her music but it seems we aren't getting any TVs anytime soon

actually drama low budget movies, especially drama low budget romantic movies, are so dead as theatre market that a movie by her just because of the fans going to see it could be labeled as a big success in the genre.

 

Spielberg last drama made 17M domestic with all the award season attention. 

Tar with Cate Blanchett made 6.7M domestic and Bones and all with Chalamet 7.8M. Babylon made 15M.

 

so it's not like the industry would espect a 15-20M budgeted movie drama (according to the rumour) to make 150M in the theaters cause it's written and directed by taylor Swift. 

 

20-30M domestic would be already great. Then like every movie of this kind now platforms is where they really have an audience.

According to  this site, the SNTV trademark issue is not fully settled. The publication date is on Apr. 25, 2023, which is a 30-day period to see if any oppositions may be filed against the trademark. So I guess we won't get SNTV before June

I just saw Phoebe's speech at iHeart and it was really sweet.

if spielberg only makes 17M (on a 100m budget) nobody would expect a TS movie to make 80M on a 20M budget or is a flop. When a Guadagnino movie with chamalet made 14M WW on a 25m budget. 

do you think Guadagnino is over for that? He's in talk for another 10 drama low budget movies right now cause the market of these movies is not ONLY the theaters anymore.

 

So taylor doesn't need any "being smart and release the movie only on a platform". A release on teathers of a drama original movie with 10-20M budget is totally ok, she only needs to earn the budget back again and then how it happens now for every movie of this kind it will be released on Disney Plus (cause it's a fox searchlight movie) after just 2-3 months.

I don't think it's so far-fetched to think that TS11 could come next year. She is at the peak of success, so she should build on that success with original content and not re-recordings. I think the next step to take is one of the most complicated in her career, which is to combine re-recordings with original content without overexposing herself too much and making people tired of her music.

 

By the way, I don't know if anyone has thought that her next studio album might be the soundtrack to her debut film. We know how interested she is in winning an Oscar, and it's obvious that with her debut film she probably won't win one, but with that film she could make Oscar voters recognize her music even more.

I’ll be fine with this as long as she ends up singing the songs and not only writing them for other people to sing

definitely 

She should release 1 project per year from now on. People will get tired of her if she release twice a year again. 

 

Spacing her projects out will give her enough time to truly polish them. Red TV sounds bad technical-wise.

I think they’re ready and the album packaging/booklet probably is too
