- CONFESSIONS II vs DISCO

Gracie Abrams - 'Daughter from Hell'
I realised why Daughter from Hell (song) sounds so familiar, the intro is almost identical to Deep End by Holly Humberstone
-
Gracie Abrams - 'Daughter from Hell'
Broke My Heart is hitting for me now, it's probably top 3 with Death Wish and Good Reason Also Out of Nowhere should've been on the main album, easily one of her best and most interesting songs ever
-
Charli xcx - 'Music, Fashion, Film'
This is highkey disappointing, there's nothing I love on first listen
- Most streamed albums of the 2020s in the UK
-
Lizzy McAlpine - 'Angel'
I loveeeeee Older (and Wiser) so I'm excited for this
-
Gracie Abrams - 'Daughter from Hell'
Lowkey obsessed with Death Wish and love how different it is to the live version, I think I'm even starting to prefer it I still love the live one but this gives it a whole new vibe
-
Gracie Abrams - 'Daughter from Hell'
I think top 5 is: Death Wish Good Reason Hit the Wall Broke My Heart Daughter from Hell I'll need more listens to decide on the full ranking but there's already about 6/7 that I really love
-
Katy Perry has reached a new streaming peak
Teenage Dream was a once in a lifetime era, very few artists can have that many hits on one album plus the eras directly before and after that both each have multiple smashes/hits even Witness has a few minor hits, and then Smile has NRO she's a legacy act with enough actual remembered smashes to keep her streaming numbers extremely high
- Gracie Abrams - "Out of Nowhere" and "Love Letter"
-
Gracie Abrams - 'Daughter from Hell'
maybe Men Like You? but other than that, no, not really
-
Gracie Abrams - 'Daughter from Hell'
Okay I'm glad I waited to comment on this. On first listen it was very underwhelming. But that's exactly how I felt with Good Riddance and TSOU, so I was expecting to enjoy it more on repeated listens, and I was right. it's already much more enjoyable on second listen. I'm able to differentiate the songs from each other better and the lyrics stand out more. I'm not sure if it'll become my favourite album of hers as TSOU is so incredible to me and will be hard to beat, but I do think I'll come to love this one a lot. Songs by her that I've been indifferent to often just suddenly click and I end up loving them, so hopefully that happens with most of these too.

Olivia Rodrigo interviews Gracie Abrams
the way Gracie's songwriting is better than Olivia's but ATRL isn't ready to hear that
