It's because their industry don't see these girls as people, their fans don't see these girls as people neither, they themselves don't see themselves as people. They are just characters and products. So they don't have the concept of an actual person with autonomy apologizing for something they did or said. This is just a "chapter" on Lisa's story in which she is the protagonist and thus we are asked to pay to see what happens to her next. She is not an actual human being with feelings, she is just entertainment to consume.

When you look at the OG tracklist ordered like this... she ******* ate with this album. Like what do you mean you open with Deja Vu and then there's Get Me Bodied, Suga Mama, Upgrade U, Ring The Alarm, Kitty Kat, Freakum Dress, Green Light... all back to back. When I was young I had trouble getting into B'Day because my parents had the Deluxe one and I thought the album was a disjointed mess full of good songs.
