Am I too woke if I say that looking back, what surrounds this picture is a bit unsettling and disgusting? Imagine the people that took sexual advantage of you describing what they did to you when you were in a vulnerable state and framing the narrative making you look like a joke. "Yeah, I put some coke in the table and got to **** her because all she cared about was getting more" is just abuse.

After the rollout, the random non-BDay tracks getting tacked on, the lack of acknowledgement on this whole release, the mysteriousness behind whether or not the tracks would be remastered or not, the lack of 4k videos, the overpriced editions... if this doesn't get a good top 10 spot she had it coming. This album is amazing but she wanted to play and be funny and ended up being annoying You a clown @beyonce and its time the clownery ended up with you being the butt of the joke, try harder next time maybe!

Her name being attached to Britney's was starting to give her notoriety and exposition so naturally the universe course-corrected and made sure Tinashe remained where she belonged in the order of things.

It's because their industry don't see these girls as people, their fans don't see these girls as people neither, they themselves don't see themselves as people. They are just characters and products. So they don't have the concept of an actual person with autonomy apologizing for something they did or said. This is just a "chapter" on Lisa's story in which she is the protagonist and thus we are asked to pay to see what happens to her next. She is not an actual human being with feelings, she is just entertainment to consume.

When you look at the OG tracklist ordered like this... she ******* ate with this album. Like what do you mean you open with Deja Vu and then there's Get Me Bodied, Suga Mama, Upgrade U, Ring The Alarm, Kitty Kat, Freakum Dress, Green Light... all back to back. When I was young I had trouble getting into B'Day because my parents had the Deluxe one and I thought the album was a disjointed mess full of good songs.
