She made those videos before knowing how successful Midnights would end up being though.

Yeah but a new album this year Is not happening. 

We should understand we got all this material cause pandemic was there. She's not making a new album or planning an era while she's touring. It's impossible.

 

This year she will release a TV version (we also knew music videos are already shoot) and a new album in 2024 or 2025. Depend on how much big her tour will be in 2024.

You guys talking about TS11 when she has already recorded albums being sat on, an ongoing tour that literally cannot fit any more songs, and a movie to write, shoot and promote

I don't think she will release a new album when she is on tour since I can't imagine she wants to significantly change the setlist.

 

However, Taylor has traditionally written her albums on tour. Fearless was written when she was opening for the Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban. Speak Now, Red, 1989 all were written/recorded in part when she was touring.  Taylor is constantly writing and songs can be written and recorded in less than a day.

 writing songs Is different from making an album and that's different from recording an album. She has never recorded an album while on tour.

She's literally recorded 1989 during The Red Tour.

The way she has become so bulletproof and successful that she can't even release decade old re-recorded songs without them all smashing and overshadowing other peoples' brand new music, with them in turn getting mad and saying she's "overexposed" even though the public can't get enough.

 

Truly some champagne problems.

So we're probably getting SN TV later this year and that's probably it, right? Maybe she'll drop a new re-recording in between studio albums and we're getting another album next year. Or maybe she'll drop another 2 re-recordings like she did in 2021.

Yeah speak now tv this year. Then 1989 tv on its 10th anniversary next year. Rep and debut 2025

How can you record an album while you make 4 shows for week. Where are the studios (one different in every city?) and you need to preserve yourself and being at the top while recording.

 

She started to record the album in late january 2024 with Ryan tadder (the tour ended at the half of december).

Then in february when she was in London for like just 4 5 concerts there she met with Imogen heap.

 

Then She met with max martin from late february in the 3 months pause of the tour before just 7 dates in june in Asia. 

 

She always said the idea of a full pop album came after losing AOTY for Red. 

 

She made the album from january to June july 2014.

 

Yes she made like 2 little international extra legs in 2014 but they were 14 shows in 6 months. 

 

While she was touring in the US She only wrote some songs (cause some of them like blank space, out of the Woods or shake It off were written in 2014).
