Yeah I said some regrettable things about Gaga's hip, and got into a very nasty fight with another member and I shouldn't have, and called the album Joanne "Toucanne" a decade ago, but am I never supposed to ask anything ever again because of that?

But you have to understand what it was like to have a coordinated attack of harassment aimed at me for 5 days straight, digging into my post history going back 6 years to find that I said Gaga has a bright future . It's psychotic. It's stalking and dogpiling and it just kept going and going. Like obviously people are not well but at some point you expect a reasonable adult to step in.

No one was finding humor on it. That’s where you continue to miss me. The headline was dramatic, but no where was anyone minimizing or mocking what happened to her.

I have not been involved in the reporting/warning around this issue other than weighing in to the larger conversation we had as a mod team, but I have to say: yes, you should "expect a reasonable adult to step in" but we're all adults here, and if you're having such a negative experience on the site, I also expect you to behave like a reasonable adult and step away from the site for a moment. It's our responsibility as mods to address situations like this, and I'm sorry our response wasn't quick enough this time. But please take care of your own mental health too, including stepping away from the site/thread where you feel bullied for a few days. (Also, put the bullies on ignore. And don't go into the thread that's triggering you.) Just another side I think everyone should keep in mind.

I understand that but at the same time, people were making wild accusations and calling me things like loser and sociopath. For having an avatar six years ago. And those people are still roaming freely around here. I understand the value in protecting your mental health by disengaging but there's also the value of not letting myself be savagely attacked with disgusting words and attacks on my mental health by trolls that quite obviously can't separate the real world from the stan world. Like, they were all slinging horrible accusations at me and I can't let them exist on the internet without a rebuttal.

On that note, and before I let that gross incident behind me, I want to draw attention to @perfillusion . The person that started this hate campaign and someone who has been stalking me around the board for literal years, harassing me, constantly spamming my notifications, saving my posts, my avatars and God knows what else. I have never initiated an interaction with that person and yet they seem to constantly obsess over me and harbor some bizarre, sick vendetta that again, has been going on for years now. It's creepy, it makes me feel unsafe and I would like the mods to look into it. I'm sorry but while I understand the value of putting someone on ignore, I feel uncomfortable becoming the target for whatever unresolved issues someone is facing in their lives. Again, this harassment and obsessive behavior has been going back years. Please consider looking into it and taking care of a person that conducts themselves like that on a public message board for years on end. Thank you.

You just paste the link in now and sometimes you need you put a space after it for it to load. Sometimes it doesn't work
