MOST albums by pop girls would be better without rappers on their album. It's a trend that started in the 00's and the fact that it's STILL HAPPENING in 2026 is SHOCKING, especially after the Dua Lipa featuring DaBaby fiasco. You would have thought pop girls would learn to stop putting male rappers on their album when you just KNOW they are going to be problematic in a few months. The only exception to the rule is female rappers on pop girls—the majority of the time, they compliment each other. But putting male rappers on the album or featuring on a single IMMEDIATELY makes the single and album sound DATED. ...Vin

Taylor Swift is comfortable on stage. She has SOME stage presence. I think she lacks CHARISMA when performing, in general. And what she's doing on stage in that clip is not "heavy," so it doesn't justify not being able to hear her sing... at all. If she was doing intense choreography, fine, but just stomping and marching around on stage doesn't justify hearing only a backing track. I've personally only liked one live Taylor performance and it's this: She looked hot (not that that matters). She sounded great. She actually had stage presence. And the cover is better than the original. She still does her corny Taylor Swift thing by looking directly into the camera lens like she's an American Idol contestant from the 00's. But the performance is all around great. I think one thing Boring Barbie isn't praised enough about is how clean, precise, and MODERN her voice is, which is a huge factor in her longevity. ...Vin
