Ubiribo, a British-Nigerian businessman who documented his luxury lifestyle online, died of a pulmonary embolism—a sudden blockage of blood vessels in the lungs—caused by the cosmetic surgery, according to coroner Jean Harkin. During a trip to Thailand with his wife Danielle Simba Allen in March, he had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his *****, per an inquest at Inner West London Coroners' Court obtained by the outlet.
