They need to pin this somewhere so it's widely known:

< 150-ish frames, it will upload normally and the crop box will work.

> 150 frames, > 300-ish frames, it should upload but might take multiple tries, the crop box won't work and breaks the avi, exit out without clicking the save button.

It's a processing issue server-side, the encoder Invision uses can't handle large gifs.

EDIT: I should say, the crop box does not technically "work," it never actually crops anything so you should just exit out anyways. If your avi is already a square it's redundant.

I hope this is a glitch or temporary. Civics has taught me a lot about politics and ATRL can be SO much more than stupid music and pop culture. From what I saw the main thread was less toxic than base. How are we as a society supposed to come together and talk politics when we are shunned from speaking about it?

I was only joking to myself about Israeli lawyers calling up the admins and threatening lawsuits to get political discussions banned on various gay pop culture forums because the discussions aren't in their favor when I saw Civics was closed, so the fact that this could even be a possibility
