I know you all had friends growing up who could eat anything and not gain any weight. You pair those genetics with a diet like Veganism, Pescatarianism, etc. Of course the person will be thin. I'm 29 149 lbs at 6'0 my bmi is 20. If I wanted to realistically gain weight I would have to eat really unhealthy. (I'm aware Ms Grande likely has a lower BMI then myself) Some of us like vegetables with just olive oil and a little salt. Not everyone enjoys fast food, processed foods, baked goods, etc. Not defending ED at all. Just standing up for those of us who are thin and can't control it.
