It's not just about sports. He supports banning transition therapy and surgery for minors as well. The next step is banning it for adults, and ultimately banning trans people from public life, after all the "reasonable" positions have already been successfully pushed for.

The point is that punching down on trans people doesn't actually get you votes from Republicans. They'll just… vote for the Republican, like they were going to do anyway! It's great that liberals are showing how disposable they truly feel trans people are. Kamala did that already in 2024 when she tried to desperately run away from her prior support because of the they/them ad, and we already saw how that didn't work. But alright then!
