September 4, 20251 yr comment_28213879 This is what happened to my date in Montreal many years ago . She cancelled an hour before the show. I feel your pain @Bamboo it cost us hundreds of dollars. She doesn't do this commonly but when she does it really stings. Hope u can make it to the rescheduled show…I wasn't able to for my date back in 2017. She canceled an Enigma show bc she got bronchitis and did shows a week later sounding extremely hoarse in Vegas. This is the first show this decade she has had to postpone so it is an anomaly. I'm sure it was at the point of no return where she would risk long term damage if she performed tonight, but still really sad for any fan there. as for the debate on arena vs stadiums, I'm sure there were valid reasons to go for arenas, but the demand is obviously there for stadiums and it would give both her voice and her body pain substantially bigger breaks inbetween shows, and just having less shows in general would be less pressure for her health.
