I first read it when I was around 19 and haven't gone back to it since, but the teachings have stayed with me. I need to come back to it. I feel like this is one you need to read multiple times throughout different stages of your life. It really made me more aware of how the mind operates and how much of our experience is shaped by out thoughts, especially because we tend to identify ourselves with our minds.
