How healthy are you?

Featured Replies

How healthy do you think you are?

From a scale of 1-10, how much would you give yourself?

Do you train?
Do you drink?
Do you smoke?
Do you eat healthy?
Do you do yearly check-ups?

I wouldn't know where to put myself on a numerical scale. Physically I exercise and eat healthily, but I'll be honest and say I'm a lazy cook so I respect that some would argue that's a problem in itself. I also smoked for 8 years and vaped for 2. I'm free of both now but I'm acutely aware of the damage that has done to my body over those years and how some of that will be irreversible. I've cut out drinking every weekend too, but still drink on occasion. I don't worry about my physical health being awful but real health buffs would probably say otherwise.

Mental health is a different kettle of fish and the last few years haven't been so great but I think I'm turning a positive corner, so it's swings and roundabouts I guess.

I'm sedentary, never exercise.

I'm too skinny like Ariana.

I haven't been sleeping very much

I'm mentally ill

My diet isn't the worst, compared to other Americans. I eat sorta healthier (less). Just need to get more veggies in and get in the habit of eating salad again.

I don't do drugs, drink or smoke

too healthy sometimes that i remind myself to loosen up my diet and go wild every now and then

I'd say an 8 or 9 bird

I workout 6 days per week, I eat fairly well, I don't drink, and I sleep decently well. I do partake in Mary Jane Holland.mp3, but only edibles, no smoking.

I should go get check-ups more, though.

I would say 8/10

I work out 4 times a week, I have a physical job, even if I have a car I walk to my job and gym which are 20 minutes walking, so I do like on average 20k steps week days, during the week I eat healthy and don't drink (except some Thursday night with boyfriend, friends or colleagues)

Where I loose 2 points is sometimes during the weekend I go hard on alcohol, sometimes drgs, sometimes cigarettes, restaurants and stuff, I just like to enjoy life on the weekend sometimes, but overall I would say I'm in great shape. I did a check up with a doctor not so long ago, my blood test was perfect, and I did the treadmill test with sensors on my torso and the results said everything was perfect and I completed the test pretty much easily

but yeah I could have a 9-10 if some of my weekend were more chill 😂

I exercise and lift 5 days per week, walk everyday, eat very healthy (I don't cook though), I read a lot, I never smoke and drink only a few times per year, and I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. My only issue is that my sleep schedule is messed up.

honestly, if you could sleep well and just move more a bit you could be a 8-9

I could never skull I actually quite like to fast and as a general rule always try to keep to 16:8 (at least during the week) but idk if i'd ever cope doing OMAD

6 maybe. My stomach is a little rebellious and it may be a chronic lifelong condition, jury's still out, but thank GOD for famotidine and Pepto Bismol heart If not for that I'd still only say a 7, I don't work out enough.

Do you train? CrossFit and hyrox training 5 to 6 days a week
Do you drink? No
Do you smoke? No
Do you eat healthy? Eat whatever I want
Do you do yearly check-ups? Yes

A solid 8. Used to be a 9, but I'm trying to get back on track.

5/10

Poor diet, too much caffeine, poor sleep management, and sometimes ignoring issues for too long.

6,5/10

Sometimes i only sleep like 3 or 4 hours, why? College coffee2

I like training and I don't drink or smoke.
