Imo it's a sound that people are not really interested and it kinda aged, for example compared to the early 2020s with the Disco Rebirth into the mainstream music (Dua and The Weeknd) it feels really natural and that sound ruled like 4 or 5 years of this decade. Many girls just want to feel like Britney not portrait that music or style of that 00's era, no one is interested in bringing a tribute to Nelly Furtado, Timberlake, Timbaland, Ciara or Aaliyah. Tate McRae is the clear example she takes things just for the moment, if she then release something like rock and it smash she will move on from her current scene. Addison too... she feels very 'wannabe'. Others like Slayyter in 'DANCE' it's an amazing song but it doesn't sound like something fresh, you can hear Britney, Gaga and Kesha at the same time...

Confessions II (No hate) It's a great record and we can all agree it's probably Madonna's best album since the first Confessions but at the same time it proved me that Madonna doesn't really care about her discography. She played very safe and it feels more predictable, it's funny because despite I enjoy more this record than 'Rebel Heart' or 'Madame X' it doesn't surprise me or makes me want to appreciate Madonna's artistry. I'm not even going to talk about the collabs...
