My delusional ass looking at these vinyl pics and remembering B'Day Anthology was her first visual album attempt. The pics in the vinyl remind me of the Renaissance/Cowboy Carter booklets and interludes with the split faces. Someone online theorised this edition was meant as 'intermission' like they do in plays aswell between certain 'Acts'. It all feels intensional but at the same time also if she wants to troll a bit, like the inclusion of Donk, while also ommiting tracks that were part of the original editions Idk where I am going with this, so let me stop

Linkin Park, the moment they announced the new singer. I totally get Mike and the other bandmembers wanted to move forward. But this wasn't the way for me. (And honestly LP stans are toxic, because a lot of them have mental issues, use the music as some kind of cathartic experience, but don't go to therapy. The amount of people, including people I considered friends who did attempts or even succeeded, it all was too much. The new singer was the last straw)

I wouldn't call her a 'fraud'. She just was at the right place at the right time. And times slowly but surely caught up with her. In the 90s/00s, without social media and with print media still a thing. It was much easier to just market an artist with an image and music. Things like cultural appropriation were not taken seriously and tabloids and internet platforms worried more about a nipslip or bad fashion moment in general. Nobody had a reason to zoom in on Gwen's faith and thoughts. But the signs also were there. Like I also see the identity thing to adapt to a partner but that felt more on a superficial level. Just like how she still performs with No Doubt in a certain style to this date.
