  1. You know, thinking about it, with the IKIIKY residency in the Billboard top three thanks to country radio and streaming support, if TSTV goes well and her next lead single is country... whew the incoming smashery
  2. This tiny glimpse of a crumb of anything being enough to pull me back in, her mind
  3. this skit is how her base thread sounds when we're trying to disentangle all her twisted Easter eggs
  4. I don't know if she'll run and you might be totally right, but honestly, I don't see the Democrats having a genuinely viable alternative candidate if she doesn't. This guy, Kamala, P*te, Ossoff, Shapiro, Whitmer… like, the lineup is rancid
  5. I mean, it's not like we need either one of them, so if there's only one to beat for any actual good candidate who joins the fray (NOT Pete) then sure, whatever!
  6. Personally I'd like her to let Showgirl die unless it's a whole second album of just Ruin The Friendship style songs, a different title entirely, a different photoshoot with a different aesthetic…
  7. No. I have a small drink once in a while, but I can't do anything else anyway due to health concerns that are mild normally, but could be exacerbated by anything else. I literally had a doctor sit me down and tell me I can basically never do weed, and that she normally doesn't care because it's legal in our state and she does it too, but that I specifically am medically not allowed
  8. Well at this point in the year either it's a debut deluxe or that anniversary concept probably isn't happening sooo
  9. I can't shake the feeling that it's for debut either, given the timing and how much she's been in country mode - but since she finished the re-recording with that one, do we think it would be some sort of big box set deluxe, including all the original and re-recorded tracks? Do the vault tracks have space to survive in this equation? Obviously the only reason to do them together and and do it as a deluxe anyway is to get the original album to #1 and to keep pumping its stats as a matter of legacy, unless there's something I'm missing, but I just wonder what it would look like.
  10. It feels beyond weird to give any description of the holdout juror. I really don't like the idea that a person doing their duty for their society should have their identity interrogated regardless of the outcome of a case and regardless of whether I think that this particular woman should be held criminally responsible (I won't speak a word on that because I don't trust ATRL to have a reasoned, measured conversation about this for a second, nor an understanding of what something like psychosis means medically or legally). If there is an allegation that a juror acted in a way that doesn't fit the oath they take and their responsibility to the justice system, that should be handled entirely behind the scenes, we don't need to be making anyone a target. Similarly, I don't really think going on television as a juror helps anyone or anything either. This whole thing turning into such a media spectacle to be dissected down to its most granular levels feels wrong and unjust to all parties involved.
  11. An upper endoscopy is relatively quick and easy with comparably simple preparation and can allow your doctor to rather definitively diagnose any issues - if they see damage, they can tell you if it's progressed to precancerous stages yet and there are treatments for precancerous esophageal conditions that are over 90% preventative of the condition progressing to cancer. If you're concerned, you can talk to a general physician or gastroenterologist and they can get one scheduled if your symptoms warrant it. I had one this year myself, also due to chronic heartburn and some stomach symptoms, and it really put my mind at ease as someone who has a family history with esophageal cancer.
  12. They really need to lower the recommended age for colonoscopies at this point - and ensure that insurance will cover the procedure. This is the sort of thing that worried me until I had to get a colonoscopy to investigate some medical issues earlier this year and it came back clean; the peace of mind knowing I'm not in this statistic was worth it. One thing younger people really need to know is that the ONLY way to truly find and prevent nearly all colorectal cancer is a colonoscopy - other services like Cologuard are not reliable enough for real certainty if you're having suspicious symptoms and miss up to 58% of large precancerous polyps. Find a gastroenterologist you trust and don't be afraid to do it if your doctor recommends, the prep is nowhere near as bad as people say for most patients and the day of the procedure was the best nap of my life!
  13. Two more slays at once, how does she do it? This is going to be my most played album of the year easily at this rate
  14. I haven't really decided yet. It's tempting and fits how I like to use technology, but I'm still skeptical of foldable phones' durability and the price is gross.
  15. For me, the main draw of the idea is having a single device for most purposes rather than relying on having to charge, protect, carry, and store an iPad in addition, but still having the option for a larger screen for entertainment and other content. I actually think the matte display is a draw for me - I don't enjoy reading long form content on a glossy, reflective iPhone/iPad screen as it is, since the options are basically either full brightness (which is straining on the eyes already) or distracting glare, so as someone who's always wanted to integrate reading into my main device instead of also having a Kindle, I'm curious as to whether it makes things a little more pleasant in that way. But it's certainly not for everyone, I can agree with that - and financially it's not optimal at all. I agree the foldable thing could have been an idea the industry let cook a little longer though - I get the sense that Apple is doing this less because tech is where it would be if they'd wanted to do it in a vacuum and more because it looks like this is a market segment that isn't going away and they want to get ahead of it potentially dominating (not that there's evidence yet that it will, but still). I think in a few generations it'll feel like a more realized concept if this one succeeds and incentivizes some more intentional design and development work.
