Y'all expected Manon to return? I didn't buy the whole "they benched her on purpose in order to drum up controversy for the comeback" theory one bit. Maybe if she stayed quiet. But the moment she started liking stuff about mistreatment and racism I knew it was game over. Hell even her boyfriend got involved. I'll be shocked if she ever comes back.

I think people will support her, but it's hard to say how successful she'll be as she would be a black popstar/artist which is an uphill battle as it is.

I mean it would make sense when you think about it, she's technically still under contract and according to the rumors it was always HYBE that wanted her in the group, not Geffen. I'm sorry to say but I really don't think she'll be successful as a solist. She's charismatic and gorgeous, but her skills are still in development. The girl can't sing on her own to save her life, she obviously is improving but as a solo singer? Nah, I don't see it for now. If even Normani, with all the talent she has, couldn't break out as a solist...
